一流ホテルには、まだまだなラディソンでした。

ラディソンブルー・チェタゴン・ベイビューホテルバングラデシュには、初めての訪問である。そのため、当然ここチェタゴンにも始めてきた。このホテルは、現地子会社のメンバーがここしかない！ここでないと泊まらないとまで説明しているホテルなので他の選択なくここにした。（かれは、インドのバンガロールからきているのだが）スーペリアルーム/Breakfast無し一泊 13,366円だが　Hotel.comのシークレットプライスで 26%ダウンとなっていたまた別途空港までのPickUPをお願いしたのでその費用（50US$/片道といわれるが、3000タカでした）も必要だ。ネットでは、おそらく最安値となるこの価格だが確かにホテル直接のHomePageで確認したら、200US$オーバーとなっていたのでかなりのお得価格なのかもしれない。ホテルは、高級ホテルに位置づけられており、★4.5とかなりの高得点HOTELである。今回は、3連泊ここでとなる。夜は、結構治安が悪いので出歩くなと言われたがどうなんだろう？そんなことはなく、全然であるけれるレベルです。夜は外に出なかったんですが、それでも大丈夫な場所に思えます。 [フロント・受付] MailにてPickUpのお願いをしたら Net予約の内容もきちんと確認し、Reservation Letterを添付ファイルで送ってきた。それも、数時間のうちにである。ｃとても安心できるので、非常にうれしい。実際の受付では・・・・非常にフレンドリーでスムーズな対応を行ってくれる。ただ、タクシーを呼ぶときなどあっち！と、ドアマンのほうを指差すだけの対応は、いけないかな？ [部屋] ドアのキーは、カードキーだが室内の電源ON/OFFもカードセットして行うタイプごくごく一般的なものだ。部屋の広さは、十分3人でも大丈夫なようだだが、私の部屋は、風呂と部屋がガラス張り、確かにスクリーンはあるけど・・部屋の清掃は、そこまできれいでないが、アメニティは、全世界共通なのか？ほかのラディソンと全く同じであった。 [フィットネス] フルサービスSPAと表記あったので、期待した。確かにGYMのマシンは、最新のもので新しい。スペースもひろくてとてもよかったです。もちろん、スタジオなどはありません。プールは、清掃中と3日間で同じよう。。。おそらくやってないのだと、、残念ここらへんも一流ホテルとは、言い難い内容です。 [ビックアップ] 空港へのスムーズな出迎えができました。返りがちょうどストライキに入ってしまいましたが、HOTELがどうも契約？してるらしく軍の車と警察の人が、空港まで警護してくれました。最後には、警官が車に乗り込んでの警護まであったので、非常に安心できます。 [レストラン] これが、ひどいに近いかな？とにかくうまくない。近くのアベニューという中級HOTELのレストランのほうがよっぽどましだった。。しかも、日本食（食べたくはなかったが・・・）のレストランは何も表示なしに、やっていないとのこと宿泊者も少ないのでしょうがないのだが、コンパクトに対応するなど努力が足りないと感じました。

The hotel has its good points as well as challenges. The room smelled like mildew and I had to ask for a room service menu. Food from room service was excellent although charging 520 TK for a Schweppes soda water is ridiculous. The Peninsula only charges 350 TK. Breakfast was okay with much of the hot food actually lukewarm. I really liked the carafe of drinkable water which is eco-responsible. The refrigerator in the room isn’t cold. The Thai massage I had was the best I’ve ever had including those I experienced in Thailand. Sharmeen was very thorough. Sorry guys, she only does massages for women.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last two years and have seen a significant decline in their services and quality. The rooms are starting to fall apart and the staff are not the best trained. Their dining options are limited and the hotel uses very bad methods to get rid of mosquitoes in their grounds. If you like to inhale burning kerosine, this may be your place. They are still a top hotel of Chittagong and unfortunately there isn’t another luxury hotel to go to.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times in the past found the experience to be quiet good. It was on the most recent trip I took where things seemed to have taken a downturn in quality.

Hotel with everything a family and business need

Amazing ambient inside and surrounding stadium, museum, Chittagong Club, CRB, IEB and restaurant & street food the best in Bangladesh. Pool is special and probably the best I have seen for family. Restaurant is fabulous. Gym, Spa, coffee shop are superb. Only we look forward to see the tennis court. A family and business hotel with architectural masterpiece

mini bar overprice and will charge above price

hotel is nice too bad they rip you off for the mini bar i had one beer and one 7up came out to 1400tak which is equivalent to $17 in a country where you can buy 3 good dinners for that price. They didnt even give me an itemized bill to make sure the charges were correct. Dont take anything from the minibar unless you want to get ripped off. It was so much higher then the price posted on the minibar. I asked about it and the guy said that the charge.
