Very convenient to Park West venue. Hated having to valet park and the lack of a refrigerator and microwave was a pain. And only two ice machines for 12 floors?? Inconvenient.

Considering the price for one night, the rooms were run down. We didn’t get the two beds I requested at booking so one of us had to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch. The amenity fee on top of the price for a night was ridiculous. I won’t be back and will not recommend to others.

Seemed like everything which the property advertised from restaurants to view rooms was either closed or unavailable. The front desk staff were not welcoming and at checkout never inquired about my stay. I liked the easy access to the park and transportation. I would never choose the Hotel Lincoln again, however and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. I do need to say, however, that the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful .

The hotel was doing a renovation on certain floors of the hotel so there was some noise. They should have notified us before arriving so we could make other arrangements. The rooms are very small and not comfortable at all. Including rock hard mattresses. Tried to use the roof top restaurant a couple of times but they were closed due to private parties. Too many other good hotels that I would rather stay at.

Hotel is tired and dated. The bathroom grout is moldy. The decor is from the 80s. Many items in the room were broken like the phone and hair dryer. There are no outlets by the beds.

Location is great if you want to be close to the park. The property and room furnishings are quite dated, however (see other reviews). Rooftop views are great for quick appetizer or drink. Neighborhood is busy and many things are within walking distance, especially the park and nature center.

The property touts a roof top dining and bar. When we checked in on Friday we were told the roof top was closed for a private event. AND...again on Saturday, the roof top was closed. If you advertise hotel dining available...why would it be closed the entire weekend we are there!
