We have stayed here many times as it is close to family. The rooms are a bit worn and it seems every time we go something isn't working. Often the people at the front desk have a very thick accent and are hard to understand. The restaurant in front of the hotel has very good food at a reasonable cost.

Everything was old, felt dirty, thread-bare carpeting. I didn't bother taking a shower because the shower head looked old and disgusting. The bedroom was in browns and depressing. I left as soon as I could the next morning. The only good things were that the bed was comfortable (although I can't vouch how old and many times the sheets had been washed) and the free breakfast was okay. And there was a free shuttle to the airport.

I was on a business trip, and i liked that it was located only 1 mile down the street from my company. What i didnt enjoy was the noise. Loud neighbors. Thin walls. I'm pretty sure that everybody, even the children, could hear that woman's moaning at 1 am.

Priced right and convenient. Quick check-in. Breakfast was nice. Checkout was a breeze. Nice staff.
One elevator was not working.
EV Car charging station was not working.
Mirror by the sink is suitable for people shorter than 5ft 7inches and I went to a fast food place to shave.

This location was not as successful for my stay as I thought. The woman at the front seat was very rude and let someone else check out of my room that was in my name. Safety issue here

Avoid at all costs. This hotel is dirty and reeks of mold and mildew. The front desk staff are rude and aloof. There are people who live there who smoke and hang out. This is a run down dump!

During your stay, you seemed to enjoy our services until a neighboring room was reportedly making too much noise. The front desk attempted to contact the other guest a few times before you came down to voice your concerns at the desk.As promised, we went to the room directly and asked the guest to please turn the volume down, and you reportedly told our staff that all was well at that point. We are sorry that our efforts were not sufficient to obtain positive feedback, but we understand and agree that perhaps we are not a good fit for you.We sincerely wish you luck in your future travels.

Couldn't change the AC/Heater temperature nor turn it off.
Called the Shuttle from the ORD Shuttle terminal, at 11.30pm and they told me it'd take 30 to 40' which I wasn't going to wait.
I had to then spend / waste $20 to Uber to the hotel.
I had called the day before explicitly to understand how the request a shuttle and they assured me it was a 24/7 service but you cannot tell me I'll need to wait for it for 20/40' if the hotel is 10' away.
Plus, first I called as soon as I got off the plane and when I was literally 5' away from the shuttle terminal and they told me I had to call the once I got there instead of getting going sending the shuttle.
Complete disregard for the guest

Because of O'Hare International Airport rules and restrictions, we are unable to wait for an extended period of time at the pick up location. We ask that guests call us once they have their bags and are waiting at the pick up location. I am sorry if this was not properly conveyed to you. Generally, pick takes between 20 to 60 minutes depending on conditions in the area and at the airport and not distance from the airport to the hotel..
