Dear Patrick, Thank you for the 1* positive review. It is a shame about our AC filing which is not something we had anticipated in happening. As soon as it did, it was only right by our team reaching out to all our guests that would be affected. Our suites are a great spot for overnight stays, providing all the essentials that one may need as you have mentioned. We do offer our guests a small welcome basket with Croissants, orange juice, cereal, jams, breakfast bars and some water which is a little perk for direct reservations only. Maybe on your next visit you will get to experience this. Hope to see you again soon.
