"Beautiful place however the staff in the bar could use some lessons in regards to the service. I came down to ask about food for dinner and was told there was no food. It was only once I spoke to the front desk staff that I was able to get seated and then a couple who arrived 10 minutes after me were seated and their order taken before I was even asked to order. "The hotel is lovely and conveniently located - not too far from all the major “must-dos”. It’s on a fairly quiet street which I liked. Stepanka at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Michaela in the dining room was a great help in meal suggestions as I have a dairy allergy and she made sure I had 2 delicious dinners at Next Door restaurant - I would definitely recommend this hotel "
