I was not able to go to the stay paid in advance for a medical reason (with medical proof), the hotel didnt want to know anything about any arrangment for another date. I think it is not very serious for such a hotel.

Very old Hotel, if you feel to be in the 80s this is the hotel for you. Not a wheelchair accessible. You need to go up or down the stairs very inconvenient.

First trip to Colombia. The hotel met all of our expectations. Loved the breakfast buffet and the fact it was “free.” The rooms were clean and the staff were very kind. The pool is located on the beach and is very well kept. Our room had a safe and I appreciated that. Supermarket across the street and money exchange. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel and just take a taxi for the tourist attractions. Peace of mind is at this hotel!

We enjoyed the area in that the beach, beach clubs, ATMs, and convenient stores were very close and safe for walking. We very much like the hotel and loved looking out all windows and terrace in #1805. Our only criticism is that the second bathroom could use an upgrade. The inside of the door is crude and shabby. There is also an opening in the wall between the bathroom and the dining area.

Property is beautifully situated on the beach in the beginning of the action. the views from the balcony I was on the 17th floor gorgeous. all the security great but Luis is the best he helped sincerely not expecting anything. then from the dining area Yuri, Jose major y menor pretty much everyone was kind and very helpful. Unfortunately, the people at the front desk aren't that kind and helpful. Nonetheless I would stay again and recommend.

my room was fabulous PH on the 17th floor and the view was to die for! loved the balcony to watch sunsets and meditate! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to me! Everyone seemed genuinely concern that I had lost my voice in Medellin and were very helpful in getting me warm fluids so I can heal fast and enjpy my bday solo trip! Every day I would ask for ubers twice a day and bell staff was very polite to have me sit and wait while they took care of my taxi! Carlos at secuirty was very helpful guarding my bag while I went to the beach. Everyone here made me feel safe, cared for and especial. I will def be back & highly reccommend!

The staff at this hotel were some of the kindest people we met in Colombia. We just had an issue with the reservations manager who was very inflexible. Hotel is clean and well maintained but definitely dated. The location as far as Bocca Grande goes was fine, I just didn’t love this district in general, especially after staying in the walled city. Again, can’t say enough good about the staff. The pool was fun too and had a good vibe at night.

The stay here was amazing. The food, The staff, The pool and the quietness of this hotel was awesome. Being right by the beach is a plus too, Unfortunately because it’s right next to the beach as soon as you walk from the property to the beach you are immediately hounded by people trying to sell or rent you stuff. This happens the whole time you’re on the beach. This is not the fault of the hotel. I couldn’t even enjoy the beach due to constant bothering but I did enjoy the pool at the hotel. There were nobody at the pool trying to get me to rent or buy stuff. All in all this is a great place and I’ll be back for sure!!!!

Everything in the hotel was great, I loved it Luis give us a great service every morning, the only thing I didn't like very much is that some of the staff only think about tips without even waiting for you to act of your own.

The hotel is in a nice location. The room we had was nice and clean. The staff are friendly and try to be accommodating except front of house. The sea/beach area is not that great. The pool area is small. There is no entertainment in the hotel either. They could easily do a manager welcome drinks or something. The breakfast is limited as is flavor. The juice tastes like water. We gave some feedback to the manager who took the feedback on board. Shame we will not get to see any chnages implemented.

Overall I had a great stay! The building is older & could use some updating, especially the bathrooms. I will say it was clean & everyone was pretty friendly. I appreciated that the staff weren’t pushy about a tip every sec anytime they answered a question or helped you with something. (Unlike everywhere else in town) Mini bar stocked with drinks & snacks. A safe is always nice. Decent closet. Very spacious king suite, comfy, clean bed. I took Luke warm (at best) showers during the evening & pretty much cold showers during the day. It would be nice to have hot water after a long sweaty day out in the sun. Breakfast was nice, basic continental with pastries, fruits, salads ( they eat salads there every meal apparently), cereal, cheese & meats, the omelette station was a great touch! Also basic drip coffee & a few juices. The dinner menu was ok too, I only ate there once, (it was on the pricier side) I didn’t use the pool, it was a small but clean. They could use more umbrellas around the pool, the area is directly in the sun. Pool bar right there, towels available. Access right to the beach but no loungers from the hotel, you would have to rent from some locals that are all over the beach for like $40-50. I had a nice beach front balcony, although the beach wasn’t the prettiest. The water is much darker & almost a grey looking color compared to taking a boat trip out further towards Rosario island. Rosario island has the beautiful turquoise water, a must visit!
