"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"The location was amazing, even though the road to the house is up the hill, on top of a mountain and very narrow. 2 cars cannot pass each other when the road is at 4000 ft elevation. The listing was wrong. Since travelling with family and kids, I wanted the whole house and that's how I reserved it. 3-days before my check-in, I was informed that the house is shared and I will have to share even the bathroom with other people. This was not what I paid for. So basically I paid for the whole house,...

"Property is in a scenic setting close to Lake. Had eclectic decor which we loved. Staff Mr. Paul was very kind and helped us to call and lodge complaint when I lost my cell phone in train. They also had amazing beveled station! I would definitely stay there in my next trip."

"Unclear was that our room was actually in a building a quick block north. But front desk staff escorted us directly to our room. The room was very spacious, beds cozy, ample plugs. Bathroom/Shower were common but the building so quiet we encountered nobody else. Great location to everything. 100% would stay again."

"Owners are a very nice, friendly couple. Remote location from Luzern. No breakfast but were offered free coffee or tea. Ten francs to use grill. Shared bath (not private as advertised). Room size OK for two but "No picnic in room!" We did not see any "free toiletries" and initially were provided only one bath towel to use for two people."
