Casa Playa de Tortugas is a luxury villa on the Caribbean in a secluded setting 12 miles north of Cancun and only 22 miles from Cancun International Airport. While there's no beach in front of the house, there are beautiful beaches nearby. This very comfortable and spacious home has 6 bedrooms with ensuite baths and a half-bath in the common area. The comfortable, spacious bedrooms all have air conditioning . All have balconies with spectacular views of the Caribbean, Isla Mujeres, the Cancun Hotel Zone and incredibly spectacular sunrises. There is high speed wireless internet throughout the villa. There's also a small, well-equipped gym.

The house can accommodate up to 20 guests. The base price applies for 1 to 14 guests. There is an additional per person charge for each guest from 15 to 20. If there are more than 20 in your group (max. 24), ask us for the applicable extra charge. The extra person charge for every week EXCEPT Christmas & New Year's weeks is $65 USD per night. During Christmas & New Year's weeks, the extra person charge is $107 per night. The price you pay includes on-site security and daily maid service. Chef service is also included. You'll love the quality of the cuisine and the impeccable service, including poolside snack, food and beverage service. The cost of food and beverages is not included.
As part of our hosting service, we will meet you and your group at the airport and arrange transportation to Casa de Playa Tortugas if you're not renting a vehicle. If you are renting a vehicle, we will accompany you and assist you with the rental process and then accompany you to the house.
We also offer a shopping service whereby we'll send you menu suggestions and once you've made your selections, we'll do your shopping and have the house pre-stocked before your arrival. We'll also do any fill-in shopping you need during your stay.
