I travel alone so i was put in a tiny room. There is no sound proofing. Loud neighbor in early am yelling and phone ringing. Since i stayed two nights, no room cleaning, i hadto ask for water

This hotel smelled awful. A strong smell of mold. The swimming pool was very bad, when my family swam in the pool, my son got rashes that lasted multiple days. The pool looked dirty and was very acidic and tasted soyr..

Hotel is no where near 4 stars. Shower drain was not working well. Carpet was very dirty and smelled like mildew. Sheets and blanket had blood stains. Staff was very friendly and had very good customer service skills. Very happy with service. Will never consider to returning to hotel.

Not bad for a short stay
It was a great stay, near local food and drinks. Room condition and showers are great; hot came water right on. Need to keep sink clean inside out; felt disgusting when washing your face.

Great customer service from all staff. Good location near restaurants and other services. Spacious room with good layout, however not an optimum choice for floor material in VN climate and cleanliness: carpet in bedroom area. Misty odor and several visible stains on the floor. Laminate or wood floor would be a better choice.

The room was good. The spa area was in bad conditions. Some floor tile was sticking up. Stubbed my feet pretty bad. The shower drain was clogged. So showering was a nightmare. The pool water was brought from the artic. But other wise, it was an ok stay.

Girl on reception a priory looks kind but when we book our excursion with different agency than hotel provide, she was not helping at all, room was in bad condition and dirty, hairs inside bed, leak water on shower, smell humidity and bad and windows cannot be open for some ventilation, location terrible far away river and city

The room was huge. The bad was comfortable. The bathroom wall is covered with granite with horizontal line indented for decoration. The indentation was covered with mildew. The odor from a heated oil deodorant was suffocated. We had to ask them to remove the oil so we can breath.

I will be back.
A great location to visit local market and the park on the river (a km away). Best part and most memorable for me was the staff set me up with a guided river tour with a local woman in her boat.

every thing good but one worse case of staff
totally happy,but at the end when check out, i forgot the pocket in room and ask for bring down for me, after get,i know lost 1 paper 500k which i know it must have as just withdraw from bank, and maybe know who get it. just note reception for this case,and they should change staff, i dont raise claim as this is also my false. a little down.

Great hotel - Avoid the extra services!
This was a brilliant 4-star hotel; the room was excellent and the staff helpful. All facilities were in good condition and the sky bar was the best in town! They tend to overcharge for the Mekong river tour, which is understandable. You'll get a much better deal by the riverside tour offices. However, if you're short on time, you can book it at the hotel as well quite easily. The one thing to avoid is the floor 10 massage service; the massage girls wear really tiny miniskirts and will block your exist and demand tips. They are also not properly trained, so don't be surprised if you leave with more back pain than you went in. It is quite clear that the place has nothing to do with massage and more to do with pleasing lewd businessmen - they even have expensive "VIP services".

Overall a nice hotel.
We were very happy with the great services provided by the receptionists (a guy & a girl); they were very pleasing & serve with a smile. We were also please with the nice & clean rooms. Breakfasts were just normal-could have done better. However, we were very disappointed about the swimming pool. It is very dirty & there were numerous lives & dead insects in it. I had told the cleaning pool staff & bar staff about it. They don't seem to care or interested. I took a photo of the pool's condition and went down to the reception and told the receptionists about it. A lady staff immediately took action by calling either her boss or the supervisor about it.

An unfortunate stay
The room was clean but the service was terrible. We arrived late and tired and so decided to eat in the restaurant. The food was horrible and one of the plates was not what we ordered. We tried to send it back but the waiter argued with us. The next morning we had to check out early before breakfast. The reception staff said that there would be no problem to provide us with breakfast to go. They gave us 4 slices of white, untoasted bread. We left without eating.

Average Hotel on a Flooded Street
The hotel was reasonably priced and clean. However, the entire street was flooded and under over a foot of water for our stay, making it very difficult to get in and out.

Nice hotel and decent size room. Attentive and friendly staff. A couple of negatives: there are NO NON-SMOKING ROOMS. All the rooms are smoking and if you are told otherwise it's simply not true. We rented 2 rooms and they both had a strong scent of tobacco. The hallway was filled with tobacco smoke on 2 days of our stay because other guests were smoking out in the hallway and in their rooms with the room doors opened. Second, avoid this area during the high-tide, rain season. The street gets flooded for a few hours each day during high-tide and the flooding is even worse if it's raining simultaneously. Breakfast here is really good by the way.

Very nice hotel inside and out, well maintained and modern, lovely bathroom (but be careful not to slip on steps in bathroom!) I recommend this hotel and would like to stay here again.

New Room but found Cobwebs and Spiders on Phone.
Overall the room was Big and Nice. Looks new the room. However can see that not much people had stayed in the larger room that i had booked. I found Spiders and cobwebs on on the phone and behind the computers. Made me wonder if the bedsheet was changed a not too? Luckily the sleep was not Itchy throughout the night. May stay again if i visit but definetely not the expensive room!

Booked two rooms that indicated city view. Upon arrival was given two rooms without windows at all and was told the hotel was full that night. The following morning asked to change to rooms with windows and was told they had two rooms joining eachother and was shown he rooms. We indicated those would be fine and them they proceeded to tell us they could switch us but for an increased rate. We said to the front desk they should compensate for the no window rooms by allowing complimentary room change. After over an hour of arguing with the front desk staff, the manager got involved and reluctantly made the change. Upon check out, allow additional time as they radio up to the housekeeping staff to check the room. They said we owed for a minibar water that missing and when we said we did not use that item, they rechecked and it had magically reappeared so the charge was reversed. Front desk staff was not fluent in English and the because of the numerous excuses to our concerns it would be best to clarify the booking on arrival. Beds are firm, rooms clean, breakfast buffet good.

The room was amazing. They did construction so we had to change room during our stay. Did have a buffé for breakfast and fried egg with an chief in the mornings. The staff were not so good at english. The meny for dinner were not very exiciting. We had roomservice wich was brilliant.

急需改進的四星級酒店
本次進駐時剛遇到整修,打牆壁的灰塵很多,另外原本應該是禁菸的確發生客戶在房間外面走廊吸菸,導致其他房間充滿煙味. 另外餐廳晚餐並無提供飲料,因為餐廳在一樓,如果需要飲料還需上去九點,非常不舒適.
