"Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food...

"Fiz a reserva do hotel na véspera da viagem e não consegui ficar nos hotéis dentro do complexo. O Giardino e o Luppi fazem parte, nas suas diárias estão inclusas as entradas dos parques (Hot Park e Fontes), mas não estão localizados dentro do complexo (os hóspedes contam com os ônibus gratuitos do Hot Park que passam de 20/20min de porta a porta). O Hotel Giardino tem inspiração italiana e tem áreas muito bonitas e outras que precisam de manutenção, nada que desabone, só poderia ser mais bonito...

"Hotel itself is outstanding, however hotel had cancelled my web booking. Swimming pools are the best ever, food is 5 star, location is a 20 minute walk to city no worries for me. Lots of tourist buses but only for Brizilian´s. Tourist bus company kept rejecting my efforts to buy tickets on their bus to HOT PARK which they were selling in foyer to all the locals. Registering can be difficult. Caldas Novas no one spoke Enlish but I survived. I even managed to find the local bus which took me 25km...

"Too crowed, not enough space, elevators, and swimming pools for the people they accommodated, smells piss before 10am all across the swimming area, breakfast perfect"
