Being heated pool, children's slide, small hydromassage beach, waterfall, sauna (bring the oil with the essence of your choice), and barbecue area with cooktop stove, refrigerator and surround sound. Three very spacious bedrooms (all with portable air conditioner), one large suite with whirlpool (bring salt and foam kit of your choice).
Large and complete kitchen, very well equipped with microwave, duplex refrigerator, electric oven, electric pan, electric fryer, sandwich maker and cooktop stove and other utensils. Very cozy living room. Covered garage for two cars, electronic gate, security system consisting of external cameras. Next to the nautical beach club, bars, restaurant, bakery and supermarket. Only 3,8 Km from the city center !! That's right 9 minutes from the central square.
