Nada do combinado
A estadia foi mais ou menos. A porta da sacada e a janela não abriam e o quarto tinha um cheiro terrível de coisa fechada e velha. O secador de cabelo não funcionava. Não conseguimos vaga na garagem dia nenhum. E ficou combinado de fazer o pagamento no check in ou na saída, mas cobraram tudo de uma vez no cartão de crédito sem aviso prévio.

Já foi melhor.
Terceira vez que me fico neste lugar, mas infelizmente irei procurar outro na próxima vez. Havia cabelos no chão do banheiro e próximo aos ralos, sinal de que não foi devidamente limpo, havia infiltração na parede do quarto principal e sinais de que o colchão havia sido molhado, a porta de vidro da sala estava com o fechadura quebrada assim ela não fechava completamente nos incomodando com o barulho do vento, a porta de entrada dava trabalho para trancar por dentro, um dos armários da cozinha estava caindo, solto da parede.

Vivenciamos momentos maravilhosos no Águas da Serra.Rio com água quente e não é tão quente é morninha e muito bom o contato com a natureza.O apto.é o que espera. qto a comida, tinha a opção de café da manha, almoço e janta ser no hotel mesmo ou fora com várias opções de comida.

Estadia agradável
O hotel tem flats de 1 e 2 quartos. Os flats que fazem parte do pool administrado pela empresa que mantém o empreendimento contam com serviços de arrumação e limpeza diários, já os que são administrados por terceiros, como foi o caso do apartamento que aluguei, não contam com esses serviços (mas o nosso estava bem limpo quando chegamos). Na descrição do Hoteis.com informa que o hóspede deve pagar R$25,00/pessoa/diária pela roupa de cama e banho, mas está errado, isso é opcional, só se o hóspede quiser, pois pode levar seus próprios lençóis e toalhas. A descrição errada me induziu a não levar lençóis e tive que comprar lá. Ainda bem que minha esposa tinha levado toalhas de banho para todos nós. Achei caro o café da manhã a R$34,00 por pessoa/dia e preferi tomar o café na padaria próxima, que tem um bom bufê de café da manhã, onde o valor por pessoa fica na faixa de R$15,00/pessoa. Para cinco pessoas, a diferença fica significativa. Já as bebidas e porções do hotel têm preço bom, valem a pena. Na última noite meu carro pernoitou na rua porque o estacionamento estava lotado. Wifi não funciona em nenhuma parte do hotel. As piscinas são boas, embora não muito grandes. O banho no rio quente é bem legal, só que os peixinhos (bagres e cascudos) ficam te beliscando toda hora. No geral, boa estadia, eu voltaria.
