Welcome to Waterside Paradise, a stylish 4-bedroom family home, with direct access to the water (separated from the house by a glass fence). The property is just minutes from the beautiful township of Busselton and a short drive from Dunsborough and Margaret River.

This family friendly holiday home offers a warm and welcoming open plan living area including a spacious lounge and dining area, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry, a theatre room and is designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all.

Please note this is not a party house and noise restrictions apply. The house is for family gatherings only, limited to accommodating 6 people (including children).

The space
The master bedroom is a peaceful haven with great views of the canal, complete with a luxurious king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and reading chair. The second bedroom features 2 king single beds and in the third bedroom you’ll find a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom provides 2 single beds which is ideal for the kids. This flexible range of beds ensures that everyone has a comfortable place to sleep, accommodating different sleeping preferences.

The house features an oversized garage, facilitating uncover storage of a trailer boat or off-street parking for four cars.

The house is alarmed and security cameras, on the exterior of the property, cover the driveway and the jetty.

Bring your boat or any range of water toys! Your own private jetty is a modern floating pontoon able to accommodate a boat up to 12 metres in length.

The dwelling extends to a serene backyard that enhances the homely vibe, presenting the perfect spot to enjoy morning tea and coffee. For evening entertainment, we provide board games and three large televisions. We also cater to our junior guests with a collection of children's games and books.

Maintaining absolute convenience, we offer a dryer in combo with other essentials like linen and tea as well.
