10/15 mins walk from Burnley bus station, very convenient. Communication was good on the day of arrival. Room clean and comfortable, had everything I needed. Was a bit disappointed that I had to rely on the apps on TV as no Freeview. But it didn't spoil my stay. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay. My daughter lives in Burnley and it was very close to her home. Very convenient

The actual room was nice and it was really easy to self check in which was very helpful for me as I finished work so late. Unfortunately it was super noisy and I didn’t sleep the entire night as there were constant banging doors throughout the night.

Hi, Giving our new small business such a review score for something that was out of our control seems strange. You said the room was nice and the check-in procedure was really easy but then proceeded to give a 4/10 for a few noises on a Saturday night. No other guest mentioned such disturbances, and we were fully booked.
