"Check in and check out was super easy, the cabin is in a very nice location if you are looking for quiet solitude. The downstairs bath faucet is a bit finicky, and the cooking hardware is very lean. (Sautee pan, sauce pot, a few baking pans, and a larger pot for boiling pasta) and cooking utensils. Plates and cups are well stocked. You will probably see Elk, the river is a stones throw away. "The mountainous view from the chalet decks just can’t be beat! My only complaint is where they chose to park RVs for summertime help. none the less, it’s easy to tune out the rigs if you stay in an upper chalet. Fully equipped. Our unit also had a heated bathroom floor which was a bonus. Self check in work well and the on-site manager was additionally very helpful. Suite was within an Older building with a slight stale smell that dissipated once the room was aired out. Better stale air...

"My kids and I stayed here, as a launch point for a few days of Snow riding at Crystal. Cabin was great and well appointed with all we needed to cook our meals, sleep well, and lounge around. Great walks down to the river and all around the neighborhood. Really enjoyed the stay and will come back. Oh, and our dog got to tag along and enjoy the mountain air. :)"

"This was a great place to stay to ski/ride Crystal Mountain! The house was exactly as described. The heated floor and propane stove made it very comfortable in the cold weather. Everything was clean and worked properly. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the house. You can’t go wrong staying here for a trip to the Crystal Mountain area. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in."

"I would highly recommend the cozy cabin near Crystal Mountain! My son and I rented the cabin for 2 nights to ski at Crystal and it was perfect for our needs. Just about 15 minutes from the mountain and not sure you can get much closer without staying at Crystal. The room had everything we needed and was just as described in the listing - we even saw some elk wandering around on the property on our first morning there. Very clean and the heated floors are a nice touch for sure."

"My wife and I brought our two young children up to this wonderful cabin on a quick whim to celebrate my wife's birthday. Laura was so accommodating to get us set up with short notice. We enjoyed a couple of days walking down to the river and through the woods, relaxing in the hot tub, and just unwinding. Our kids loved having their own bunkbeds and had a blast. "My family really enjoyed our stay at Karen's cabin. It was enough space for all 8 of us, every bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals together! The location was a cherry on top with great walks along the river, a short drive to some great waterfalls, and close to Crystal ski resort. Karen was a great host, checking in on us, and offering some great local hike recommendations. We hope to return in the future."

"The property was even more beautiful in person and quite honestly I think the pictures don't do it justice. The layout is great and very comfortable. The outside grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Annette was very easy to work with, accommodating and responsive. If you are looking for a place to stay near Crystal Mountain this is a must to check out. My family owns a house in the Ranch so it was very convenient for us to walk back and forth over Christmas."
