Ar conditioning was not operational and there was no other room available. The staff didn’t fix it on time. Te bathroom was smelly and not totally cleaned by my arrival (the garbage can was full). The towels were old, although clean.

All We Needed In an Urban Hotel
Friendly, competent, English-speaking staff, big clean comfortable, quiet room with good urban views. All it lacked was creamer for the coffee which is pretty minor! Great complimentary breakfast at a really nice cafe next door. Great value because of the strength of the US dollar. We will return next year!

Awesome stay
All was great. They have connections to the other hotels down in the plaza and they have a small bar on the plaza that you can access to get anything you need. Great location and walking distance to the mall.

Overall the hotel is decent, the breakfast was good and you can eat all you want but they close at 10 am , that's a bit early for some people like us. The rooms are clean but they don't change the towels and bed sheets everyday. Just one more word, it's simple! Like it's really simple! No blanket, no toothbrush, no slippers...ect! The first day we had to go buy all the daily supplies. Wifi is ok, not the fastest but it does most things you want, unless you want to download or stream high quality movies. The location is good, there is a mall right next to it, so you can walk there in 5 mins for food.

Simple, modern, comfortable, first class staff.
Great hotel, spotlessly clean, efficient, good location for walking around Brasilia. Special mention to Sandrine who checked me in and gave me a detailed introduction to Brasilia to kick off my planning and help me get the most out of my 2 days in the City. Only downside is the noise from outside the hotel, although I got used to it (loud music).

Decent hotel with some downsides for the price
This is a nice hotel, great service and nice to have a balcony with great views on both sides of the building. The downsides were significant however, the breakfast was stale (three mornings in a row) and not nearly up to par with other local hotels of the same price range. The air conditioner did not work right and needed the filter changed, and the wifi barely worked at all in the room. On the other hand, it was nice to have free parking.

Best location to walk to many popular tourist attractions. Right next to a mall city view or courtyard view Everything was clean and fresh. Staff friendly and helpful. The front desk was staffed by English speakers - not a given in Brasilia Breakfast buffet was wonderful- the selection was changed out each day. Beautiful view of the city from the dining room Limited menu is available for room service or dining room at all hours Hotel can be hard to find, as it is in a cluster of hotels, some with similar names Even after a few days there, I found myself going into the wrong lobby Note. Your room card must be inserted into the slot just inside the door in order for ac and lights to work Small but usable balcony Sliding doors can open to allow fresh air in. Nice hotel close to Brasilia Shopping
Everybody at the Front Desk wee very nice and attentive. The employees working at the restaurant were also very nice and friendly. My mom and I were able to walk to two different malls; one of them is across from the hotel (Conjunto Nacional) and Brasilia Shopping is a 8-minute walk.

I arrived during a week when the hotel had problems with water provision. I understand that these problems occur, but the management could have done a better job communicating and alerting the clients of the problems. Alternative were far from satisfactory (cold shower in neighboring gym). Moreover, they failed to provide any discount for the inconvenience. Problems happen as travelers know; the issue is how the management deals with them.
