We stayed here one night. I booked a suite with a jetted tub through Expedia. We selected this hotel because it came up as pet friendly but at check in I was told because we had a dog we couldn't stay in a room with a jetted tub. I love RSVP which is right up the street but didn't book a room there because they only have showers and I really wanted to take a bath. So even though we weren't getting a suite or jetted tub, we were at least getting a bath tub and there wasn't much else we could do at that time so we went ahead and took the micro room with a gross tub that didn't drain. It's a microhotel - which is exactly that. It serves its purpose for someone on a business trip or for travelers who don't plan on spending any time in their room. The room was fairly clean and they had complimentary coffee. The breakfast is very, very basic- muffins, fruit. The one staff person I interacted with didn't seem thrilled to be working there- but that seems to be the case in just about every setting these days- so it didnt make or break my experience. Reasonably priced, semi clean, hotel in Bozeman with free coffee, lemon water and disinterested staff. I would stay here again if I had to - but there are much better places to choose from for 40 bucks more.

We are so sorry you didn't get the room you selected. Unfortunately, we have rules about pets in suites and are sorry you weren't aware of that beforehand. We do hope at least some of your stay here was enjoyable.

The desk clerk was amazing - the key carding machine wasn't working and she had multiple people she had to take to rooms - she did great and kept calm. 5 Stars for her!

Microtel provides comfortable, clean economy accommodations for travelers. The rooms are small, as are the bathroom vanities, and TV. Cable service is also very basic. This is not a fun place to hang out and watch movies in the room, for example. On the positive side, the bedding and mattresses are comfortable, which is why I choose to stay at Microtel before early morning flights or when I have medical appointments in Bozeman. In other words, choose Microtel for overnight sleep as you drive toward your ultimate vacation destination or take care of business. If your Bozeman/Yellowstone vacation will be dependent on the fun factor of your accommodations, I would stay elsewhere.

Overall average. Maybe two steps up from a motel. The indoor jacuzzi was cool and continental breakfast was ok. The room itself was tidied but didn’t feel exceptionally clean. Towels were very rough and the cheap/outdated toiletries sucked. The tv was super tiny which isn’t make or break for me but in additional to the old school AC unit just screams “needs an upgrade”! Staff that checked me in was obnoxious and kind of rude. I didn’t get her name. I wouldn’t stay here again if I were in the area but not the worst place I stayed during this same trip.

For the price, the room and facility was clean, the staff friendly, and other than the first night when someone was yelling outside, it was a quiet location. I would stay there again if I returned to Bozeman.

Microtel Bozeman is a good value. We just needed a place to sleep and shower while our dog was getting surgery and staying overnight at the vet. The train goes by the hotel a couple times per day which was kind of loud. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear the people on either side of us, but we turned the AC on for white noise and slept well. Shower drain was backing up and drained slow in the morning. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel got the job done with a good, clean place to sleep and shower. Complimentary breakfast was just ok and the coffee was very weak. Nothing fancy, but it's a good value.

I have stayed here about a dozen times. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. I do not hear any noise from the highways or the other rooms. The hot tub water is never hot, the breakfast is always horrible (limited options) and the coffee in the morning is some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. But for the price, it’s a convenient location and a good nights rest. It’s great for someone who is traveling through and not interested in spending much time at the hotel. I give it a solid 3/5 stars.

The property was clean and well maintained. I mean clean, one of the cleanest properties I've stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was odd that our key cards had to be reprogramed everyday.

Very good value. Would stay again. Small but nice rooms with a: tv, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Hot tub and pool were enjoyable. The breakfast is basic, but it did have yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, a waffle maker, toast, English muffins, regular muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, tea and probably a few other things I’m forgetting. Considering the price, I think this is more than enough to fill yourself up for free and I think anyone who disagrees has a problem with what is expected not what is delivered. Allie, Angie, and Robin were all very nice and helpful, especially Robin who seemed to be working most of the times I needed anything. Recommended.

The young lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. I can tell she takes pride in her work. I don't know what you pay her but you should double it. Very few employees out there are as friendly and welcoming as her.
