Escape the hustle and bustle of city life with a perfect holiday location or staycation that combines work and relaxation in Boorowa.
The Space:
Tiny Borowa sits in the peaceful farming village located on the banks of Boorowa River, just an hour's drive from Canberra. With all the modern amenities of home and a slow-paced country lifestyle city dwellers would love to spend their staycations. An oasis where you can enjoy simple living in harmony with nature, just a few steps away from rural paddocks and sweeping agricultural landscapes.
A cozy, 139-square-foot pet-friendly accommodation near Burrinjuck Dam, which offers skiing, jet skiing, sailing, canoeing, and more. This also includes Binalong, a charming village with a rich history of bushrangers and stunning sunrise/sunset views.
All with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

Tiny Boorowa sits in the farming village of Boorowa, Hilltops Region, southwest slopes of New South Wales. Boorowa is a charming rural town that boasts a proud Irish heritage and a rich pastoral history. It serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the nearby cellar doors of the Hilltops wine region.
Additionally, this area is renowned for producing top-quality merino wool, which is celebrated annually at the Irish Woolfest.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Farm guidelines
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Please do not chase or harass the sheep. Your pet is not permitted to chase, bark or distress the sheep in any way
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
