Their desk chair is only suitable for small people…they charge extra for “fast” internet…no grab bar in the accessible toilet, couch in the suite is old and tired

The entry way windows were boarded up. The bathtub was ugly and grimy. The property is all by itself and didn’t feel safe after dark. I did really like the breakfast and staff was friendly.

The overall facility was very clean. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The freeway noise was very loud. The sink and shower faucet were loose and the toilet seat needed replacing.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower didn't work. We were too tired to call anyone in to fix it since we were only staying 1 night. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel is a bit older but kept up well. It's convenient to the freeway, just about a block off the I 10. While older, it's been maintained well and all of the advertised conveniences worked. The pool and spa were clean, warm, and really very nice. The rooms are set up well. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was larger than we expected and bed was comfy. The restroom floor, and counters were not clean so I wiped everything down. The staff member working the night shift was not very friendly and we didn’t feel welcomed at all. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff member working was very friendly and greeted everyone with a “good morning “ and a smile. Maintenance was very nice as he wiped up a spill.

Great place to stay. The room was clean and very very spacious. We really like our stay. Beds are very very comfortable. It was way better than our stay at a Hyatt in Phoenix. The breakfast is OK. I wish they had more cereal options for kids but that is not really an issue. The only concerned I had was the door, it seemed that it was being repaired and only a peace of plywood was used at the moment. Not sure how secure that made me feel. It seemed that the door was open 24/7 and in case of an emergency was not able to lock.
