"Very comfortable and well equipped cabin. Conveniently located for Golden Circle destinations and beyond. Very responsive host. Communication was excellent. We did not use the 3rd bedroom open loft area but it would be fun for children to have their own space with TVs and headphones. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again at this property."

"This was our second trip to Iceland for hiking. This place is amazing! Lots of room, very comfortable and quiet. Very modern, clean, and well-laid out. "Overall great stay! Location was fantastic, with beautiful views, we manage to see the northern lights from the hot tub, 2 nights out of three! Bed was super comfortable, and the cottage is in great condition. Netflix was available as well as great internet. Unfortunately the hob wasn’t working and we couldn’t get in touch with the host on Saturday, which was a bit disappointing. Also might be worth mentioning that there is no storage, so unpacking wasn’t really possible. 4x4 car is necessary...

"This was a great house for trips to the Golden circle, and one longer drive to Vik. The kitchen was nice and functional, and or two kids liked their room. You can see the mountain and the power plant from the room, we never managed to your the power plant, next time... Checking in and out requires walking or running to the house if you don't have a means of texting in Iceland. This would normally be fine, but it was a rainy and windy day, so it added a bit of discomfort. Not an issue if you can...
