THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE
The villa Flow is a family villa, located in the center of Biarritz, where it is good to live, summer and winter. The atmosphere is soft and warm. Established on 3 floors, young and old can live together in the greatest comfort in this sublime Basque villa that has kept all its charm.
THE VILLA
The living rooms are located on the first floor. There is a beautiful dining room that extends into a lovely, comfortable and bright living room. A glass roof separates the fully equipped kitchen from the living room. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden in which you will find the heated swimming pool (south facing) and its terrace, a nice summer kitchen and a dining area sheltered by a pergola. The villa also has an outdoor shower room.
THE ROOMS
The rooms are spread over the 3 floors of the villa, and all have a private shower or bath. On the first floor, a beautiful independent suite composed of a bedroom I and its adjoining shower room will be able to accommodate a first couple. On the second floor, you will find 3 additional large bedrooms, very bright and all with a private shower room and nice storage spaces. A large office is also at your disposal. On this floor, a large balcony is available for one of the bedrooms and the office. Finally, on the second and last floor is the master suite equipped with a bathroom with bathtub and two balconies offering a clear view on Biarritz.
PRACTICAL SIDE
You will be able to park 2 cars within the property. For the return of the beaches and the afternoons swimming pool, note that an outside shower room with shower and toilets is at your disposal. Please note that the fireplace is not usable. The pool is secured and heated from May to September.
WHAT WE LOVE
If from the outside the villa FLOW looks like a Basque building, its recent contemporary renovation is very successful. We love the mix of traditional and modern inspiration that gives the villa an incredible charm. THE AREA The villa Flow is located in the center of Biarritz, in a quiet and family residential area, less than 10 minutes walk from the Halles and the verry center. You can easily reach the beaches and all the stores in the city center; 10 minutes on foot, and 5 minutes by bike. An ideal location to enjoy the beach, the city center and a quiet environment.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
