Ocean Pines has everything from community pools, basketball, walking trials, picnic areas, playgrounds, to a public boat launch and Yacht Club. The home has a room for everyone in the family. There are four bedrooms, two of which are upstairs and two downstairs. The downstairs area has one full bathroom, while the upstairs has two more full bathrooms. The first floor has a welcoming den with a large flat screen tv and sliding glass doors that exit to the deck overlooking the water. What a great spot for the kids or grandkids to gather after a long day at the beach. This floor also has a bedroom that offers sliders with direct access to the deck, and a 2nd bedroom with bathroom attached. The upstairs has an open floor plan and remaining 2 bedrooms and baths. There is a walk-in shower in one bathroom and a tub/shower combo in the master. The main living room has 3 sets of sliders that lead to the 2nd level deck. The deck has ample seating for guests and a grill for outdoor meals. A perfect place to watch the boats float by or do some bird watching of our local waterfowl. The kitchen is great for entertaining with side-by-side refrigerator, granite countertops, gas stove, and stainless-steel appliances. Take a stroll on the ramp that leads through the marsh and into the open waters to the dock. The dock is a fabulous place to relax in the sun, crab or fish. If you have a passion for watersports, you can leave the dock on your paddleboard or canoe and explore the area. Don't forget your four-legged family member! Pets are welcome and considered on a case-by-case basis. Whether you choose to enjoy family time in the home, the local community or the beach, your will make everlasting memories.
