It was a little annoying how two guys at the entrance treated me but once my reservation was confirmed, everything went nice and smooth. My friend arrived a minute later and she had no trouble by just telling my name as reservation. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly amazing and we absolutely loved it. Awesome view from their infinity pool like onsen at the top floor made us want to return to this hotel again. Overall excellent stay.

There is no gym in the hotel. That’s the only negative. Other than that, everything else is positive. The location is good. If you drive a car, there is ample free parking places just right outside the hotel. There are some restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. All the hotel has nice sea view. And you can see sunrise from the balcony.

This hotel just misses the mark. The staff was exceptionally polite and worked hard at understanding and translating. However I found the property to be sterile. It was also an inconvenient area for buses to see the local attractions. Our room was large with a beautiful view however it only had one flat pillow. Buffet was well laid out in the food was good but compared to other buffets in Japan I was just not quite as good. The Public that was exceptional with both an indoor and outdoor aspect with a gorgeous view of the bay

宿泊してるのに夕食の予約が取れなかった。どのような仕組みなのかよくわからない。 ホテルで夕食ができないので近所でと思ったが、、、。 結局夕食はコンビニで買いました。

Rex Hotel is nicely locate along the coast with walking distance to downtown main shopping / restaurant area. Outdoor hot spring on roof top offer excellent view. Property is modern, clean & well maintained.

好位置の眺めの良いホテルだが、もう少しの工夫を。
全室オーシャンビューで部屋からの眺め良し、露天風呂も海を眺める好位置。清潔でスタッフの対応も良く、ホテル自体は総合的に快適だっだ。 しかし、①部屋間の防音がいまいちで隣の部屋からの騒音が丸聞こえで夜ぐっすり眠れなかった。②ホテルのロビーに入る際に靴を脱いでロッカーに入れるシステムで足の悪い母には特に苦だったし、その上しっかりしたスリッパの提供はなく、薄っぺらい使い捨てのスリッパもこちらで申し出ればもらえる、といった感じでかなり不便だった。③朝食はまあまあ美味しかったが、滞在3日間、食べ物の内容が「１つも」変わらず、かなり飽きてしまった。大体連泊の客のことを考え、焼き魚の種類ひとつでも、あるいは果物の種類ひとつでも変えるのが普通だが、ここは珍しくも、3日間全く同じ内容だった。もう少し工夫した方が良いのではと思う。

바다를 보면서 목욕을 할수 있기에 예약하였습니다. 저녁의 바다와 아침의 바다는 매우 멋졌습니다. 방도 마음에 들었고 아침의 조식도 맛있었습니다. 주변에 라면집이 있는데 맛있습니다. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

Amazing experience staying in Rex hotel with amazed sea view room with sunrise, very convenience that travelling by car because the hotel provides plenty of car park with free. The hotel staffs are very nice and welcoming as well as very clean rooms.

Onsen mit Meerblick und geräumige Zimmer
Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Zu Fuß ca. 20 Min. zum Zentrum mit Restaurants. Onsen mit Meerblick ist sehr schön! Unsere Zimmer waren groß und hatten Meerblick. Frühstück ist reichhaltig.

前台職員十分親切，能記住住客的房間號碼。房間裝修和景觀都無可挑剔，從露台能飽覽別府灣的景色。自助早餐和晚餐的菜式都十分豐富美味，足不出戶就能品嚐不同的別府美食。頂層露天風呂更是令人難忘。唯一要改善的地方是漱口杯上佔有不少灰塵，但不算大問題，到附近的超市或100 円店買紙杯就好了。

房間夠大海景不錯，門口就是泊車的地方，鄰近24小時McDonald ，也有一家步行5-8分鐘的小型DONKI 。一進hotel要求脫鞋，職員也細心用濕紙巾擦行李箱，以為清潔度很高，但提供的漱口杯有使用過、滿滿的牙膏痕跡，扣了不少分數
