Beautiufl big pool , indoor pool , gym and sauna but internet sucks
The hotel itself is great. . Outside big pool is not crowded though water is too cold. Indoor pool , sauna and gym are excelletn . Nobody there. But there is a leak in a bathtub. What is worse is almost everybody working there doesn't speak English. And inernet is horrible. It is a hotel for British people. I can't even access certain US sites and Japanese site. Also they charge PC 15minutes, 1 euro. So I can't check my PC more than a week.

Don't no where to start 4 days of hell. Building Lidl on one side. Building pool on other side drilling, banging morning until finish. Food appalling meant to be international cuisine so vile. Contacted front desk no joy unprofessional staff hadn't a clue. Kids trying to do mature staff job . Went to see customer advisor she didn't care. STAY CLEAR WILL NEVER BE BACK. HOLIDAY FROM HELL!!!!!

Muy por debajo del nivel esperado.
La atención del personal es muy buena. Las habitaciones muy viejas, mobiliario viejo, bastante sucio (puerta llena de dedos), colchones y almohadas deplorables, falta cubre camas, silla toda descosida! He tenido que pedir cambio de habitación por tener un olor a cerrado muy fuerte! No es el estado esperado para un hotel Meliá!

Not for me
Reception area was lovely and inviting but found the rest off the hotel quite depressing. Dark wood on outside of rooms, rooms could do with a bit of attention. We always say hello to all staff however apart from the gentleman at the front of the restaurant and the reception staff we did not get any response.....how rude. Food was nice but in the evening the restaurant was like a school canteen. Would nor recommend this hotel.

Good base for Benidorm
The hotel is surprisingly big! But you dont notice it until your in the restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice, clean and relaxing. Location is good, far enough away from the night life to not affect you, but close enough to go enjoy in that it doesnt take too long to get from/to. Only negatives, hotel needs a refresh in places. For example, the bath and toilet seat both had many chips in them. The room had lots of telephone line ports, but no USB slots, so feel like it current times they should be swapped around. Was only B&B, lots of choice, but hot food wasnt always the hottest. Overall, nice hotel and would happily stay here again!

Hotellet var fint og rommene var greie nok. Helt grei seng men ubrukelige puter så sov ikke veldig godt. Sluket i dusjen/badekaret var noe tett. Kun koffeinfri kaffe på rommet og kaffen i matsalen var grusom på lik linje som buffetmaten. Bassengområdet var gøy for de små, de beste solsengene ble selvsagt okkupert med at folk la håndkle på de før de gikk og gjorde noe annet :/ Fin beliggenhet men kort avstand til stranden. Kan godt bo der igjen men da uten måltider inkludert.

Stayed 7 nights, everything good apart from 1 gripe, the beds, its like sleeping on hard granite, spoke with other guests they all said the same, im leaving today & all I need is sleep, could sleep for a week ! Would come back no problem but not with these beds 😄👍

Awful hotel, needs a total renovation
The hotels dosent match the expectations for a 4 stars hotel. Not even a 3 stars hotel except the pool. 1. Therer were some isues with the air condtioning. 2. Room furniture was torn and dirty. 3. Fridge is so old that dosent have any cooling capasity as it is too old and unmaintained properly. 4. Bathroom ventilations was awful. While have a dusch no oxygen. No any bathroom articles were available. 5. Bathroom furniture were dirty and broken. 6. Called the reception asking them to bring me 2 teaspoons , they wanted to charge me 5 euros for that as it was " room service" 7. Fire alarm at level 10 was out of order. There were 2 false alarms during my stay. 8. Reception, elevators and corridors lack air conditiong. You have to sweat everywhere in the hotel. 9. Moisture-damaged celling dropping water at level 10 corridors. 10. Air conditioning window dropping water. 11. Table lamps by the bed were extremily direty with many stains, so as the headboard. 12. Breakfast was good with a good variety. 13. The hotel needs a total renovation to get back in shape as it seems that its not maintained as it should be.

This was a very nice hotel, but Benidorm itself is a bit touristy. Lots of other little towns along the Spanish coast that are better to visit.

Die Sauberkeit war eine Katastrophe. 4 Sterne Hotel ist das garantiert nicht. Das Buffet mittelmässig, die Einrichtung (wenn dann mal was funktionierte) mittelmässig, das Personal extrem arrogant und kurz angebunden. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert dieses Hotel

Public areas and pool area are lovely. Bedrooms are tired especially the bathrooms tiles are cracked body wash no longer on the wall just holes. Had to change rooms due to issues with shower room above us leaked through the ceiling then our bath leaked flooding the bedroom. Staff were not apologetic about the issues. Breakfast choice was amazing.
