Wasnt expecting much... worse than expected
We booked this as a late decision to stay out for the night and were not expecting a 5 star experience by any stretch... the first room we were given had issues with the keys. The desk attendant upgraded our room to the “penthouse suite” for the trouble. The room has potential to be very nice with a bed and bathroom upstairs in a loft, a bed and bath, living room and kitchenette on the main level. The issues were more than cosmetic... the mattress had visible stains all over the sides that weren’t covered by the sheets, the paint was coming off the walls in several places, there extensions cords to connect electronics, the built in shelves is the showers were missing pieces.. All in all it was awful. We checked in, got into the room took a look around an moped right on back the car...

Terrible
Stay away from this hotel. The police were called 4 times during my stay because of a loud party taking place in the parking lot. The room was dirty and run down, and the toilet did not flush well. Enough. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Never again.

Check-in was through a plexiglass slot in the front door. The person doing the check-in seemed terrified of contact or something. We arrived after dark and the sign at the street was hidden by trees and not illuminated. There was no signage at all at the building entrance. We drove past 3 times before stopping. The lock on the room door was broken. No one answered the phone at the front desk. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and surfaces were stained and old. The room felt unsafe and unhealthy. Worst hotel experience of my life.

When i arrived at 7pm the front door was locked. Had to use a phone on the wall to get someone to check us in. Then was serviced through a mailbox slot. The location looked like an apartment complex. Smell of weed as i walked up to the building. The next night i get back at 10 pm was not able to get clean towels had to wait til morning. The place need an upgrade.

This property has went down horribly the condition is no longer welcoming. The air conditioner was broken in both rooms I had, they now have window units because the central air is insufficient (warm) pool closed and just not a good place to stay.

Have stayed at better hotels at this price, and paid less for this level of mediocre and outdated/old facilities There was one towel in the room, the heater was noisy and the people in the room above us I can only assume were not guests vacuuming at 10:30pm! Free breakfast was poor or at best again.. mediocre the eggs weren’t scrambled they were over cooked and chopped, the bagel was ordinary but that and a coffee sufficed.

This place needs an inspection badly. Maybe a raid while they're at it. Call girl or prostitute checked in. Paid$300 in cash and wanted extra keys. I guess a train was coming. Some other individual was hanging around the lobby. Had that meth look all over his face. The exterior leading to the room was littered with trash. The room itself smelled. The lighting was too low tio inspect the beds. Turned right around and turned in my keys. Didn't even spend 5 minutes

The property is dilapidated. There was spoiled food on the stairs and decking leading to the suite, the bathrooms were full of mold. Tub was black with dirt, the walls were stained. The wood work was rotting . It should be completely renovated or removed!

I rented the room in advance about a month one with a fireplace. Got to room fire place not even set up. I drop my things in my room and when I return to go to bed I noted that the bed had not been changed and hair was all over bed and surrounding area. I called to complain and was told to bring my things to the front desk. I was repeatedly insult by manager and offered another room that was not ground level. I have a handicap and could not climb stairs. I was told that there was nothing for them to do, so take it or leave it. I ask mgr. to cancel my entire reservation and he said he was going to charge me for one night regardless. So from 9 pm until after 11 pm I was stuck in my car with no recourse. I call expedia who worked with me to find another hotel that was close. While waiting I talking to another couple who wanted a room for the night and I told them what had happen to me. They went ahead to rent a room and 15 minutes later return ask for their money back. They told me the room they were given was infested with roaches and they were somewhere else. I will never go there again and warn everyone to beware of this hotel and the chain of hotel attached to them. If not for expedia customer service mgr. my entire weekend would have been cancel or worst. I want anyone who reads this review to know the real truth about this "Quality Suites" hotel location. No one needs this kind of stress just trying to get what they paid for and a clean room. Respectfully

Property run down showing its age, walking from rooms to office require going outside, rooms are very big but small tv, bathroom toilet loose, seat loose, shower head loose and leaking, toilet running all night, tub surround cracked, wall mounted hair dryer laying on counter not on wall, trash on property not picked up and overflowing from night until check out including lobby bathroom. HVAC would not cool down room. Breakfast unappealing. Located more in a industrial area, I stay in many hotels will not stay here again.

Not a nice hotel. Roachs in the kitchen area, stained sheets and overall not very clean. We ended up staying only 1 of 2 nights and got our money back. Would not recommend or stay at this hotel ever again. Better off sleeping in your car.

Hotel From Hell
Booked 2 rooms for myself and family being in town for a wake and funeral. The clerk would not allow us in lobby and communicated through a small hole in 34weather . Other than the language barrier he gave room keyswith no directions that did not work- after 20 minutes of frustration and freezing went back to speak to the man in the warm lobby through the small outside opening and though I showed receipt said my card was declined on rooms that were paid in full. I think this hotel from hell should be shut down and no one should be subject to this type of experience
