"The cottage was lovely. Well stocked with all the amenities. Everything was there and easy to find. We were very impressed by the food, drink & snack selection. Definitely staying there again and would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway!!"

"Great for a short break, although the outdoor balcony was in serious need of cleaning and cob web removal. The hammock was very mouldy but was lovely to sit in. Unfortunately our cottage was on the road side and the traffic was very noticeable. I was craving an escape from Sydney to hear the birds, but the traffic was overpowering them 😔 I think the cottages on the opposite side of the property overlooking the valley would be much nicer. "We were delayed due to airport issues arriving at Maleny Tropical Retreat extremely late at 11:45 pm. However Ken the owner was very hospitable and nothing seemed too much trouble. The communication each day was excellent and more than happy to recommend this peaceful tropical retreat. It is good value, peaceful and location is great. "

"We had a great stay at the African Village. Our accomodation was roomy and clean. Some of the beds were a bit hard. We also were given 2 keys, one which did not worked and we locked ourselves out however we were able to call afterhours. The kitchen bin had also not been emptied from previous visitors and there was no dish washer tablets but these are small things. We had a lovely stay. Thank you we will consider again we we need Maleny accomodation."
