Family beach holiday
Location was perfect for access to child friendly tidal pool. Lovely cafes & fish n chips nearby. Be aware there is a very steep driveway that only a SUV or similar can navigate - means lots of walking up & down when arriving & leaving What was extremely disappointing was how dirty this property was. It is not cheap to stay in high season so pardon me for expecting a home I’d feel comfortable walking around barefoot in. It was so filthy that we ended up having to spend our precious vacation time vacuuming & mopping floors & cleaning the BBQ in order to feel a bit better about the place. Very poor response from MadeComfy who manage property. They charged us &450 for cleaning!!! WE ARE NOT IMPRESSED!!

Avoca Beach cabin
We enjoyed our stay very much. A possum visited us two nights. Very happy the house had a powder room downstairs. Only negative thing is the driveway. It is very steep and the a couple of steps are loose. Needs a warning in property description.

Enjoyable break
Great time was had by all. Property is well equipped and comfortable, light and airy. Weren’t aware of steep driveway before arriving but even us older ones managed okay (improved our fitness). Location is great for good beach (part is dog friendly) shops and drives to other places.

Great weekend away
Home is in a great location, 3-minute walk to the beach. Kitchen is really well equipped. Everything is clean and tidy. Nice bath towels and bed linen. Comfortable lounge/dining area. The home (and garden area) looked a lot bigger and newer in the pics. Overall, was great and we had a lovely family weekend away.

There is no photos of the entrance and there should be.
No railing to entrance and is dangerous for small children going up and down. Not suitable for families with babies and prams.
