Don’t book this hotel it’s fake advertising. Looks nothing like the pictures online . Extremely overpriced besides location wise . The front desk never answers the phone or room service. The hotel is hard to locate very dirty and extremely outdated! I went to the front desk on several occasions requesting room service nobody came I stayed 5 nights at this horrible hotel. I seen house keeping just on there phone in the hall not doing anything I asked if they couple please clean my room and give extra towels the woman aggressively stared to call the front desk I said I did multiple times and even spoke with the front desk face to face. The housekeeper stated the front desk never paged her or coworkers about my request. I fly out to Atlanta every year to visit family and I also enjoyed my vacation visiting until arriving at this hotel BOOK ELSEWHERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME And MONEY AT THE STAYBRIGE SUITES HOTEL !!!! This hotel stated on google it’s highend it is very far from that . ALSO if you are visiting be mindful of paying for parking which is Ridiculous ! There is not a visitors pass each and every time you enter and leave the hotel you will need to pay for parking. If you are ubering please be aware of drivers constantly canceling the ride because the hotel is hard to locate the front entrance. DO NOT BOOK Here!!! The pool as well is not a roof top pool as you see on google maps or imaging it’s just an outdoor pool located on the 4th floor

The hotel was nice, but we encountered so many issues here with our stay. First, we got there and had to wait in line for 45 minutes to checkin, just to be told our room wasn't ready and we'd have to wait for it. Other people were also stuck waiting with us. Finally, we had to ask after waiting for some time to be told that our room is ready. We had arrived over an hour after our checkin time, so it doesn't make sense that our room isn't clean and ready for us. The next issue was the AC was not running properly, leading our room to be hot. It was very uncomfortable. The final straw for us was that house keeping woke us up at 9:30am by busting in our room the next morning when check out wasn't until 11am. Just very unorganized.

Check in took over 30 minutes. The girl at the desk did not know what she was doing. We had a suite for 5 people, but we had no linens for the pull out couch and only 2 towels. When I went to the front desk to ask for sheets and towels, they said they'd deliver them, which they never did. There was a dirty pair of socks in the bathroom from the guest before us. Lots of road noise even on the 22nd floor. The room is very spacious however but I do not recommend.

The pool was under renovation which wasn't specified. So my children were devastated. Dirty. Lady at the desk wasn't informational. When I booked my first time through Expedia they changed my date and I didn't realize it until I already used my credit card. I go to many hotels and generally use a different app to book but I figured I'd try Expedia. Never again. Been trying to get a refund but no one answers the phone and my Virtual assistant isn't helping worth a crap!!!
