Very quiet and relaxing place with a nice view to the Plöner See. We were very impressed with the wellness facilities (swimming, sauna, massage).

Great, family-friendly hotel
We stayed for 2 nights, booked the same day, and received confirmation on a family-room. Less than 2 hours later we received an e-mail that said they couldn't give us the room, but they offered us 2 rooms for the same price. The rooms was large, with a kitchenette and plenty of room. The hotel area itself is beautiful, by the lake and with a big recreational area. We will definitive be back.

Great hotel in nature area with a beautiful view of the lake. Staff was helpful. The restaurant was nice, also with a view and good food, something for everyone. Spa area was nice and clean with sauna and steam room by the pool. Large selection og massages and treatments. Wifi was not great.

wi fi was missing. Restaurant was only serving low carb. perhaps thats the reason nobody ws in the retaurant? Great plaese if you want pease and quit ;)

Room was to small for comfort.
I rented a room for one person, The room was tiny, the bed was tiny, the windows were almost invisible it all felt very claustrophobic, so I ended up leaving the same night to says at another place to escape the feeling. To me it seems odd to charge so much for a tiny room with no luxury feeling whatsoever. But the staff was very sweet and helpful especially in the garage.

Gebäudeensemble im Stil der 90iger ohne jede besondere Note. Das Außengelände wirkt zudem ungestaltet und lieblos - im Hinblick auf die Seelage nicht nachvollziehbar. Kein Gärtner oder Gartenplaner? Keine Wege angelegt, kein sichtbarer Zugang zum See. Der Indoorpool ist viel zu kalt. Frühstück gut, aber überteuert. Zimmer sauber und großräumig. Dusche etwas klein - aber dafür mit tollem Wasserdruck. Personal von solala bis sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist gut geeignet für Urlaube, für Geschäftsreisende die nich im Zimmer arbeiten müssen, ist es nir bedingt geeignet, da der Empfang mobiler Daten schwach ist und das WLAN nicht erreichbar ist, wenigstens im Haus West. Nach Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, das ist halt so. Dann ist es halt auch so, das ich da nicht mehr übernachten werde. Das Design des Zimmers endet im Bad, die Dusche alt und die Fliesen in keinem guten Zustand. Frühstück ab 8 Uhr (in der Woche) auch nicht zeitgemäß wenn man Geschäftsreisende aufnimmt, der Bäcker im Ort freut sich.

Hotellet er fint med en god beliggenhed ned til søen. Vi havde et junior-dobbeltværelse, så masser af plads og terrasse med udsigt over søen. Intet at udsætte på værelset. Til gengæld var vi meget skuffede over restauranten. Vi spiste der første aften, og maden var ikke ret god, til gengæld var den dyr. Da vi påtalte at vores pommes frittes ikke var tilberedt nok, blev det bare afvist. Morgenmaden var sådan set ok, men alt for dyr. Vi fik oplyst også forkert pris på morgenmaden ved ankomst, dette påtalte jeg da vi tjekkede ud, men vi fik bare svaret, at medarbejderen havde oplyst os den gamle pris. Det havde været god service at give os morgenmaden til den pris de havde oplyst, men nej. Hvis vi kommet igen bliver det for beliggenheden, vi kommer ikke til at besøge restauranten.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel. Wellnessbereich klein aber fein, mit Liebe zum Detail. Das Schwimmbecken könnte etwas wärmer sein, für meine Verhältnisse, aber ansonsten Top. Badetaschen auf dem Zimmer, Bademäntel konnte man sich gegen eine geringe Leihgebühr ausleihen. Zimmer war sehr sauber und Betten bequem. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für die unkomplizierte An- und Abreise.

There's very little or none information in English and the TV only has German channels or dubbed movies in to German. If they want guest other than Germans I would suggest to make some changes in this area. Otherwise all fine but could also appreciate a whirlpool in the spa area to lift it even more
