アートハウスへようこそ - 古典的な2階建てのビーチハウスで、多種多様なアートワークが特徴です。 ビーチとお店まで徒歩ですぐのこの素晴らしいウィンターボード・ハウスは、過去12ヶ月間に完全に改装され、拡張され、家族向けのビーチサイドのゲッタウェイに最適です。

アポロベイ港からケープパットンまで、そしてオットウェイズの雄大な緑の丘陵地帯を一望できます。

床から天井までの窓は、上階の指定されたリビングとダイニングゾーンの周りを覆い、日差しの中でその地域を浴びる。 この上階にあるリビングエリアには、オープンプランのキッチン、ラウンジ、ダイニング、そしてあなたの雄大な景色を盛り上げるための「リビングルーム」があります。 屋外の料理やエンターテイメント、またはビーチでの楽しい一日の後にリラックスするのに最適な場所です。

階下には3つの寝室があり、全部にロブと電気式の壁ヒーター、デッキ付きの4ベッドルーム/ 2リビングルームの頑丈な部屋があります。 2つのバスルームがあります。ファミリーバスルームには、大きな自立型デザイナースパバス、シャワー、化粧台があります。 マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズベッド1台、専用バスルーム（シャワー、トイレ、化粧台付）が備わります。 別のトイレもあり、階下に別の洗濯場があります。

巧みにデザインされた庭には、小さな果樹園、芝生、ベリーパッチ、ハーブベッド、広大な鳥を育てる自然の植え付け、屋内の子供用プレイスペースがあります。 庭は完全にフェンスになっています。

アートハウスは愛されており、慎重に家具を飾っており、所有者によって装飾されています。

Really enjoyed the views from upstairs, good entertaining area. Found the crockery and dishwasher impractical, had to use the dishwasher more frequently as the bulky dinner plates would not stack and took up too much space! Plus no bread and butter plates available. The main bed with en suite was very comfortable but the doors blew open in the wind! The tapsets in the en suite and kitchen need tightening as they are loose.

Although we were only one family, this property has been thoughtfully set up to accommodate two families, with 2 main bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with bunks or a bunk over double. The yard is fully fenced and was great for our small dog.

Excellent property, conveniently located, had a couple of issues with clothes drier and dish washer, but Owner immediately started to sort out and offered temporary fixes until replacements were available. Will happily return.

We loved our stay. The property was even better than it looked in the listing. It’s in a great location in Apollo Bay - easy walk to town and the beach. Our favourite part was just sitting and taking in the views - absolutely breath taking! We’d definitely stay at this property again :)

A well laid out home providing many extra provisions not normally thought about in some holiday rentals. Even dogs were well catered for with different beds to choose from, toys, dishes, and even extra food (if required). Unfortunately could not get the washing machine to work. Comfortable and clean with plenty of space. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We were so happy with this house! Was so clean and fresh and had everything you need to relax. The view was amazing from the lounge upstairs. Bedding and towels supplied and clean. Beds comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood and quick walk to the beach. We didn’t want to leave! Next time we will stay longer! Thank you!!!!
