The room was clean but tiny. No drawers, no chairs and no place to even put a suitcase. I sat on hold for a half hour trying to get the shuttle to pick me up at the airport.

We had a great service by all staff except one employee named Teresa. She was the one at reception when we checked in and her attitude was very unprofessional. We had traveled for 22 hrs, had 3 flights connections and 3 time zone changes. We were exhausted and didn’t expect to have such rude greeting. She kept telling us she didn’t have a reservation under our name which we had done 3 months prior to our arrival. She was shouting and had terrible customer service manners. She didn’t apologize when she finally found our reservation. All the rest of the staff Taz, Shay and the rest of the staff at reception was very professional and kind.

Older property but well kept. Close to airport and Area a bit sketchy. Man screaming in parking lot and banging on hotel doors for cigarettes in middle of the night. Management handled it quickly. Staff was excellent. Rooms were clean and breakfast, although small was good. Great stopover for arrival or departure in anchorage

we booked for two rooms when we reached there at 1 am she said she can’t find the booking due to system upgrade , after some time they give us only one room waiting till 2 am they give us another room with one bed , as they don’t have any other rooms , breakfast was included but just the basics like toast and cereals , there was a bullet hole in reception glass window , over all terrible experience

Not a great area but didn’t feel unsafe. Biggest complaint is the blinds. There is so much daylight and when we tried to go to bed it was completely bright in the room. Curtains aren’t long enough to block out any light so it looked like daytime while trying to go to bed. We stayed at other hotels in the area and didn’t have this problem. Smelled pretty musty in the hotel. Hard to figure out how to turn the shower on? (You have to pull down on the faucet nozzle). The stay was ok. It was close to the airport, so that’s where we needed to be.

The name caught my attention as I thought it quite quirky. Also very conveniently located for our departure to the airport. Unfortunately we had guests in the unit above ours who were very noisy until the early morning hours. The staff was under pressure with many incoming guests and our unit had not received the requisite attention.our unit
