Great location and value. No doorbell when doors are closed at night. Had trouble checking at 1am. Other random guests had to let me in. Good once you get the key though.

Very disappointed with the hotel. Small and cramped, nothing like the pictures make it out to be spacious etc. Windows are single glazed and can hear all the drunk noises and fighting outside. Bed are 2 single beds despite us asking for a double. Parking is the biggest nightmare, states on Expedia that there is valet parking but that is no such thing, info and prices are out dated on Expedia page. Even though there is a Q Park Bank a 2mins walk, driving there will take you nearly half hour due to the nightmare 1 way streets of Amsterdam, staff isn't helpful at the hotel on guiding you.

Great location
Hotel in a great location for everything. You can walk to Amsterdam Central from here. There are plenty of places to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. This Hotel has great food options.

Good location
The hotel is very well located. The room and common area was clean. The only complaint we had was how tiny the room was and the bed was not very comfy and the duvet cover was yellowed (instead of white) which made it look a bit dirty

This property is mostly awful. Some staff members are downright surely. Towels threadbare. Carpet is halls in shreds. Crappy soap. I wouldn’t even try the food. One bright spot was bed was comfortable and shower clean with good pressure. This is a 2⭐️ place at best.

There were broken or missing items in the bathroom that were advertised as room amenities. Loud neighbors, a bad smell in the lobby, uncomfortable pillows and a dirty floor in the room contributed to a disappointing stay.

Nothing royal about this place. Extra charges at check in, which are not displayed before booking anywhere. Rude African male staff in the evening. Furniture broken. Heating doesn’t work. Hallways are dirty and smelly, same with the elevator.

DO NOT STAY THERE, I promise you will regret it. First of all, I had a room that was booked based on the size and photos I chose, they gave me a room the size of a small washroom. My friend and I couldn’t walk in the room at the same time. Second, the water was not working in the room we told the reception and the guy came upstairs to check. He told us the guy on his way to fix it and nothing happened in 3 days we were there. We had to book another hotel (3 stars) which was bigger and better than what we booked. This hotel is defiantly a 1 or 2 star max not 4 as they claimed. I will contact expedia to escalate my situation. I asked to get the bigger room and they said we don’t have them available. However; moments after a couple walked in and booked a walk in bigger room on the spot. Trust me don’t stay there I promise you will regret it. Staff was the rudest they will not acknowledge your situation and your requests even though you are willing to pay

Great location and easy links from station. Attached restaurant has wonderful breakfast buffet. We got smallest room , which was small, but had wonderful view, and was all we needed. Even in the midfle of town it was quiet inside.

Rooms are tiny, travelled on my own but would have not wanted to share that room even with my wife. As many other people mentioned, lots long black hairs in my bedlinen and towels. No idea why they can't be more carefull with that. Cleaning during my stay was very basic.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 our trip was canceled and the property refuse to refund our money. The only option they gave was to reschedule within a year. However, we all know that the coronavirus is still spreading and we don’t know when a cure is in sight or vaccine. So, unfortunately we were just out of our money. We had two other hotels, a cruise, and two different flight itineraries that all refunded our money because of COVID-19.

Wonderful Stay
Easy to find and not too far from the main tourist strip. Easy walking distance from the Red Light District. Hotel overlooks a beautiful square with interesting statues and has shops cafés and restaurants all around. Lovely modern, spacious room with an extremely comfortable double bed on request and a delicious breakfast. If you need help getting to the hotel for the first time, do not just get a cab like my partner did as it will cost you at least €37 which we had to pay when the taxi driver turned a 20 minute walk into a 25 minute drive!! (worst part of the entire trip!). The hotel have a taxi service they recommend with fixed prices.

Great hotel, nice an central a lot close by with 15 walk or less to the main shopping centre. Nice food at the hotel and surrounded restaurants. If i go back i will stay at this hotel again. I do think in the summer of you qere to open ya windows it will be noisy but overall pleasant stay

All was fine however I had paid for and reserved a superior deluxe double room. The best that the hotel had to offer. When I got there the room was not that big at all. And although we had a bay window facing Rembrandt square, the room itself was very underwhelming. We also arrived to find a twin setup rather than a double and had to wait for 30 mins for it to be switched around which was annoying.

If you like late night bars and dancing, this is the place to stay! The hotel is very expensive but it’s worth it because of the cleanliness, the nice staff and the location is very central to everything you would want to see in Amsterdam!
