Villa Flora, absolute quiet, near the beach, sea and mountain views

We rent a beautiful villa with private pool between Alanya and Side, the most beautiful and cleanest beach in the region, Incekum.
He is very flat and very suitable for children and seniors.
The villa is located on a small hill, very quiet, surrounded by other German cottages. In 3 minutes you are down in the city, but in the house it is far from the tourist crowds.
There are 1000m to the beach and the shops, ie supermarkets (Migros, Bim)
Maid, gardener, watchman, Poolman plus German-speaking neighbors are on site.
The house was completely refurbished in 2014. The property is very private, with lots of shrubs and flowers. From the balcony on the first Stock is mountain and sea views available. From Antalya Airport, go 1 15h on the highway. Airport pickup can be arranged.

Nice villa, a few small issues to be aware of
We enjoyed the villa but there were a few little problems worth noting for other people. There are water problems in Avsallar which affected us - we lost water for a few hours on a couple of occasions so you need bottled water. We also had a power cut because of faulty wiring in the villa that happened when we were away, and unfortunately we had to throw away two days of refrigerated food as a result. Luckily it was fixed quite quickly when it was discovered, an electrician came out. There were a few small problems - batteries in many remote controls were dead and had to be replaced by us and many of the lights need new bulbs. Small things. But the villa was clean, had lots of useful supplies like deodorant, tampons, shampoo. On the whole, quiet. Pool was very good. Location good. We enjoyed our stay and the villa is nice.

Realy great place! Villa is very clean . All equipment is operable. In this place your are like in a green big and warm forest. There is a big pool on the glade of it. Almost under the sunlight. All I read in discription is in accordance I've seen.

Het was een mooi, schoon en opgeruimd huis. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heel fijn dat ze zoveel beddengoed en handdoeken hebben. Elke badkamer had een mandje met hygiëne en verzorgingsproducten. Super handig! De locatie is ook prima bereikbaar met de auto en het huisje volledig privacy! Wij hebben genoten van het warme grote zwembad. Echt ik raad iedereen dit huisje aan. Wij komen graag terug!

!!!Fantastisch!!! Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub , in einer fantastischen Villa. Keine Wünsche bleiben offen . Der Pool einzigartig. Wir haben das Glück gehabt die Gastgeberin persönlich kennengelernt zu haben . Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Frau . Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt . Der Pool wurde immer durch einen Hausmeister sauber gehalten. Das Haus von innen großzügig aufgeteilt. Man ist sehr schnell in avsallar. Sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung . Wir werden wiederkommen 👍👍👍👍

Von dem in der Beschreibung erwähnte Wächter gab es keine Spur. Wir hätten uns mehr Aufmerksamkeit von dem Hausbesitzer gewünscht und dieser weiß auch ganz genau warum :).

schönes Haus in guter Lage
Schönes Haus in guter Lage. Den Strand kann man in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und ein Shoppingcenter sind ebenfalls schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin ist sehr gut. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Elektrik. Es wurde sich trotz Feiertag sofort um die Beseitigung des Problems gekümmert. Ein vor Ort ansässiger Deutscher war für die Schlüsselübergabe zuständig, Das hat sehr gut geklappt und er hat uns telefonisch geholfen, das Haus schnell zu finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
