This beautiful villa in 3 floors consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms 2 with luxury spa, practical combined kitchen and living area as well as a large basement with large entrance area, 1 room with table tennis, washing machine room and 1 WC. The entire villa is surrounded by tasteful details such as master bedroom with luxury spa bath with glass walls and excellent views, huge windowpanes featured perfect natural light, beautiful black marble staircase as well as the magnificent views of Alanya, the mountains and the Mediterranean To ensure. Also this villa is located in the hills of Alanya. In front of the Villene stop is the public bus, which runs directly from the villa to Alanya. We can also offer you a rental car directly to the villa or airport in Antalya or Gazipasa. Great host.
Jurgen was an excellent host, he answered all questions prior to arrival and quickly sorted any issues during our stay. The villa is as described and has everything you need. However the villa is so beautiful, the views amazing, but some of the furniture and bed linen could do with upgrading. The only issue we had was the stairs, I counted over 200 stairs to get up to the villa which was a real challenge especially with heavy luggage. I therefore would not recommend it to those with mobility issues or young children. Other then that it is a great villa in a peaceful location and magnificent views of Alanya. Thank you Jurgen.

Nicht wie auf den Bildern. Enttäuscht
Check in war gefühlt 2 Minuten. Sehr kurze Einführung. Erste Eindruck war gut. Später in Details gefühlt 10 Jahre altes Objekt und Ausstattung. Whirlpool im Schlafzimmer war unsauber, kam Spinne und Haare raus aus Sprudel Bereich. War unhygienisch. Musste selber Bad Reiniger kaufen und säubern. Beide Duschköpfe verkalkt und unhygienisch. Die müsste ich auch sauber machen. Pool an Wänden Grün und Boden tote Eidechse und Insekten. Auch hier musste ich selber sauber machen. Der Administrator für die Villa hat Chlor rein beim Check in und war weg. D.h. Unsere Freude direkt ins Pool zu Springen war nicht möglich. Erst nächsten Tag könnten wir Pool benutzen. Müssten so annehmen wie es ist und daraus schöne Woche machen. Pool wurde grüner. Dachte es wird jede 2-3te Tag gereinigt. Nichts. Es wurde schlimmer dass letzte 2 Tage man nicht mal durchsehen könnte. Klima in anderen 2 Zimmer tropfen Wasser. Trotz geschlossener Tür. Whirlpool in normalen Badezimmer funktioniert nicht. Als wir Admin sagten, sagte er uns kurz und uninteressiert sollen andere Whirlpool benutzen und Klima Tür zu machen und ging. Für eine Woche nicht ausreichende Handtücher. Keine Küchentücher. Und vor allem diese Lange sehr steile Treppe ist echt brutal. Haus auf Poolseite hat Risse. Auf alle Villen in der Reihe. Wurde nicht nach Gesetz der Physik gebaut. Wie Domino könnte alles abstürzen. Risiko sehr hoch. Nie wieder. Villen in Kroatien sind Luxus. Bin auf sowas nicht gewohnt.

Tolle Villa mit einem traumhaftan Ausblick
Wir waren als Großfamilie in Jürgens Villa und es hat uns allesamt sehr gut gefallen 👍 Die Villa ist wirklich toll ! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt . Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich sehrr sauber. Und der traumhafte Ausblick auf Alanya 😍 Das einzige was man in Betracht ziehen sollte , sind die Treppen zur Villa hoch ( was uns im Vorfeld natürlich schon bewusst war ) und, dass man fußläufig sogut wie nichts erreicht. Man ist praktisch auf einen Wagen angewiesen. Ansonsten war alles top 👍 Danke Jürgen 😉 auch für den super netten Kontakt

Aussicht ist toll - Sauberkeit (Pool und Wirlpool nicht so sauber). Böden müssten mal richtig geschrubbt und nicht nur gewischt werden - sehr viele undefinierbare Flecken. Gastgeber sehr sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub:)

Nice villa with beautiful view
We had great stay at the White Villa. Beautiful view and isolated location. Pool area is private and good size. Lot of stairs to climb but we did not have any problems with that. Quite far from the center, but taxi to center was only 80 TL and 15 minutes. Good and easy communication with the owner and caretaker.

Einfach nur Super gut und netter kontakt
Wir die familie Hildebrand habe dass haus von Jürgen Kling gemietet, Wir hatten viele fragen diese wurden sehr net und snell beantwortet (danke da für). Der eincheck mit zaffer (der man in Alanya) ist gut und freunlicht zu nennen, keine frage ist zuviel er nimmt zich die zeit. Alle angaben stimmen zo wie bijhomeaway angegeben!! Die treppen sind ein ding aber auch wir wahren nach 2 bis 3 tage daaran gewöhnt, die lage und das haus machen das für mehr als 100% wieder gut! Gibt es auch etwas negatieves, Ja sicher in der wohnung hängt eine uhr und die steht leider stil, aber der enddatum der ferrien komt trotsdem immer leider näher. ;-) Wir würden diese wohnung sehr empfelen es is auserhalb des stadsrummel. Wir habben und dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Jurgen und zaffer ihr habt mit eurer hilfe sehr an einen schönen urlaub beigetragen, kommt hinzu ein schönes haus und alles ist complet! Herlichen dank und gehrne in de zukunt mahl wieder!!! Mit freunlichen Grussen Familie Hildebrand Niederlanden Short in Enlisch, The house is as advertised it is spacious need and clean. It is just outside Alanya wich makes it a nice retread. The stairs ar high, however you get used to it in 2 or 3 days. Jurgen and zaffer answer all the questions in short time and even on your stay there they keep in contact to help you swift in any case needed. We would recommend the house for sure ! Is there an negativ comment, Yes there is in the house there is a clock and it stands still, so you might think you have tie left for holliday however time goes on and we hade to leave sadly enough! ;-) Jurgen and zaffer, keep up your possitive good work we feld at home! Die Villa von Jürgen ist super, wir haben einen schönen Familienurlaub gehabt..
Die Villa über Alanya ist Traumhaft wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel man kann es nur empfehlen und Jürgen ( Vermieter)hat alles für unsere Anreise organisiert, da wir erst in der Nacht angereist sind war der Kühlschrank gefüllt für das Frühstück am Morgen auf der Terrasse mit Ausblick über Alanya. Die Treppen zur Villa ist eine kleine Sportaufgabe aber der Ausblick ist sagenhaft schön. Von der Villa bis zum Kleopatra Strand mit dem Mietwagen dauert ca. 15 Minuten. Lieber Jürgen vielen DANK und ein dank an den Hausverwalter Mr. Zava. Es war alles Super... Liebe Grüsse Thomas und Angelika

Ruhig, abgelegen und fantastische Aussicht
Vorab zum Gastgeber und seinem Mitarbeiter: Beide extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist schön, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll und fern ab vom üblichen Touristenrummel. Durch die Lage der Villa ist auch das Klima wesentlich angenehmer als in der Stadt. Unbedigt zu empfehlen, wenn man mit Treppensteigen kein Problem hat :)
