We stayed in the three bedroom. This is in a seperate building than the rest of Appart Hotel Genepy, in a structure of what is/used to be a cafe. The building lacks the charm of the main building and is only accessible by an outdoor staircase. The rooms were very spartan and the apartment is not well lit - most windows are obstructed and the upstairs rooms only have skylights. We would not stay here again should we return to Chamonix.

Fantastic hotel with delicious restaurant and nice SPA in Saint-Gervais & Megève ski area.

The staf is strong and rude the reception area is dirty without any furniture to relax or wait
