White people discrimination
The hotel discriminates against white people. Employees communicate harshly and irresponsibly. - transfer from the airport was not provided, although I wrote to them in the comments to the booking, on the website, by email, on the WhatsApp phone number provided. They didn’t meet me, I took a taxi at my own expense and they simply said “sorry.” - they demand payment ONLY in dollars, and they want to give change in birr, under the pretext “we have an official exchange rate.” But under the pretext of “take birr at the official rate,” they refuse to white people. One of the employees said “you should pay in dollars and take change in birr to help our country.” - there was no hot water in the room, they tried to fix it for an hour before moving me to another room. I spent half a day waiting. - cockroaches. - water is leaking from the shower - I asked for a transfer to the airport, because they didn’t meet me, they said “sorry, the transfer is only for international flights. Sorry again that we didn’t meet you.” Guys, I'm sorry to leave a bad review.

Nevertheless, we guess you would realize your comments should be inline to the overall rules and practice of international Hotel(s).Who do you think will accept your false case of racial discrimination in such a business firm that endeavors to convince and attract its potential customers? Don't you know that in such service giving firm our moto is '' A GUEST IS A KING''? regardless of race, sex, and age!In our part we say, even if you had experienced such tendency from any employee of the Hotel, was it not worth bringing the case to the management team of the Hotel?While leaving aside some of the points you raised from point of your personal interest, we would like to apologize for the cases related to the lack of up-to-datedness of the service in the room you had stayed. We totally agree that it is the Hotel's obligation to provide a commensurate service to the money it receives from its customer(s). We totally believe that the guest's spirit should never be dismayed during the occupation period. Yes, cockroaches appeared and we eradicated the problem by hiring appropriate service providing firm.RegardsMiracle Hotel

Cool and serene
I´ve been staying a couple of times at this family-run hotel in Addis Ababa. Every time I had a wonderful experience and I will definately stay there whenever I visit. The fact that it´s located a little bit off the main road gives it a serene and comfertable environment.

I enjoyed the stay for the most part. The only downfall was no hot water and staff would not change my room or accommodate the request to look at the water heater. Also there were roaches in my room. Other than that staff was friendly and the price was good.

Shower head leaks I had to transfer to another room and it was the same problem the room so full of cockroaches the windows were broken the place need maintenance not all the staff was very welcoming but the ones that where I appreciate

The hotel is great with a fantastic location; a little further from Bole and consequently food options are cheaper and more unique. The staff was very helpful and the room very nice for the midrange price. The breakfast is good, although I would recommend going out for other meals. The restaurant at the hotel is mediocre at best and there are many better and cheaper options nearby.

This was a very bright and updated room, with great staff. They are very helpful. When I needed to extend my stay, the owner was quite accommodating and available to my needs. He helped me stay in my room even though there was only a downgraded room available. For anyone coming into the country and wants a quality place at a reasonable rate, I highly recommend.

Poor hospitality and costomer service.
Check in took 35 minutes until they found the reservation on the computer. There were no towels and soap in the bathroom. Not enough menu from room service.

Exceeded my expectations!
Miracle hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff truly care about customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to make one feel at home. They are very friendly, courteous and make you feel right at home as it has somewhat of a Family feel. The hotel is clean, equipped with elevator, wifi, hot water which tend to be a necessity for the western traveller they have a roof top restaurant that serve. Delicious traditional and western food as well. The hotel is located in the heart of the city close to most major city attractions which made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you miracle for the warm hospitality. Will be staying there again.

يقع الفندق داخل الحارة، الغرفة ضيقة، لايوجد فيها غلاية شاي، ويجب ان تشتري من المطعم في الدور العلوي، الأثاث قديم لكن نظيف، اخبرونا عن وجود استقبال في المطار لكن كذبوا علينا وجئنا بتاكسي، وحين المغادرة اوصولنا للمطار، للفندق ميزة رائعة سجلنا الدخول الساعة الخامسة فجرا وسجلنا الخروج الساعة الواحدة ظهرا، الإفطار جيد لكن قليل، الإنترنت ضعيف جداً، العاملون ودودون للغاية ومبتسمون.

We only stayed here for three nights, but found the hotel to be clean and quiet with a great staff who were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed good meal at hotel restaurant.

The Miracle Hotel was my Orthodox Christmas miracle this year. I had to head to Addis on last minute business, and the staff here couldn't have been more lovely. They decorated the hotel for the holiday, and even held a traditional coffee ceremony for guests. If you are looking for a nice, affordable place near the Embassies and World Bank, definitely check out the Miracle Hotel.
