"Value for money"

"The check-in info better sent one day earlier. It is easy to ignore while traveling. Also better to have English translation available."

"Professional Service and unique place to be"

"Great stay!"

"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "

"Room clean, staff friendly, would stay again if passing this way "

"Nice."

"Everything’s smooth, spotless clean and organized. Outstanding stays, very kind staff and great experiences. Thank you so much for everything including the coupons and the bike rental QueenDom Hotel , I will definitely come back again! I will miss Karatsu very much! Chris "
