"Staff were amazing! Love the location. It’s away from the busy beach area,15mins to the beach. There are restaurants around and 711 not far. 3-5min walk. Safe to walk at night. Room were clean. Just the bathroom have that sewer smell which is probably all Thailand area lol Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Blue Palm Residence Kata"

"The rooms has gaps in the door and when we first walked in there were a lot of mosquitos in the room amd they were really hot. The bed boards had some where stains on them. But beautiful property."

"Great location and very close to Karon beach! Staff is super friendly and helpful. "

"The staff isn’t rude, but they are not welcoming or friendly. The rooms are very dated. I checked into room 12 and the tv wasn’t working and wifi didn’t reach that room. I asked for two days on update to be fixed until finally I asked for room change. The wifi worked (poorly) but this rooms tv still didn’t work. They have thos outdated cheap cable box in all rooms that doesn’t connect. Bed was cheap and hard. I would not recommend "

"Fint rent och perfekta rum med pool access. Mycket ryssar och allt står på tyska "
