Great location, modern and clean - like new. Comfy bed. Very compact and smaller than the photos show but it was fine for us. A 15 min walk to the main station and all sites in the old town plus the lake area nearby.

Location was perfect and accessible to tram, train and bus. Easy to enter and exit the apartment and building. Apartment was small, clean and the right size for a single or couple that plans to be out the apartment often. Apartment was warm but guest has the opportunity to open the windows. No smell. Overall reasonable, accessible and comfortable. No complaints.

Small but liveable. Impressively equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Shampoo, soap and conditioner provided in big bottles so no need to bring your own. Wish we knew this before hand. Shortage of electric sockets. Poor communication from the start, tried to make us double pay, didn’t give us the code to check it till I was at the property frantically calling Expedia. We thought we might be homeless overnight despite paying the full amount.

We stayed in the microstudio. It was small, but had everything that we needed (small kitchen stove, fridge, private bathroom, work desk, etc). The location was about 20m walk from the Zurich central train station. Pretty convenient and offered flexibility of cooking your own food vs. staying at an hotel with a similar price range. Overall positive experience. Does not allow early check in. There is washer/dryer on premises, but the dryer was not working properly.

My Mini-apartment was very compact, but contained everything I needed and more. In addition, though the room was small, the bathroom was a very convenient size and the shower was actually large and very nice. The location of the apartments was perfect for my purposes, as well. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Perfect location!
The apartments are located in a quiet side street off of the main attractions. During our stay we walked everywhere. The apartment was clean and well kept and the check in process via e-mail went well.

Pro: - self check-in - letto comodo - non lontano dal centro Contro: - pavimento sporco - signora delle pulizie entra in stanza senza aspettare il permesso - il giorno del check-in ho trovato un solo asciugamano a testa (ne sono indicate due nella prenotazione), ma hanno risolto il giorno successivo. Tutto sommato positivo, ma potrebbero migliorare.

1. no air conditioner. 2. suppose to checkout at 10am, but the staff knock our door at 930am and come in within 5 seconds. 3. unsafe location that people in the street may easily come in the house.

Das Zimmer ist zu klein. Fliesenboden braucht Renovierung. Das Bad und die Toilette sind nur mit einer Glaswand von Schlafbereich geteilt. Sehr unbequem auch für Paar, die lange zusammen leben. Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Paarsachen, die in Beschreibung da sind, sind überhaupt nicht da.

Great location BUT Cannot access the apartment before 3pm and must check out before 10. This can be difficult when travelling with luggage as there is no storage. No Air conditioning. One tiny inadequate pillow. Laundry almost impossible to use. Communication, whilst achievable is slow and difficult and no comprise on anything.

Poor standard all round
The apartment was not clean when we entered, the kitchen sink was unclean and stains on bench and floor. Dead insects on carpet, tv in lounge was not working, some lights not operating, the exhaust fan in bathroom didnt work and one washer and dryer didnt operate properly. The cleaners left a load of cleaning cloths in the washer. Not that pleasant a stay for the price.

Fairly spacious: roller blind missing from bedroom- lacked privacy at night: really useful and free laundry facilities: no basic supplies eg milk/ coffee on arrival.

Appartement agréable, très lumineux proche du centre à pieds. Possibilités de parking dans les rues autour de l'hôtel (payant). Bémol, les photos du site sont plus belles que la réalité.Table basse pour déjeuner pas très pratique. 2 oreillers de + auraient été bien car très bas. Le départ fixé à 10 h00 est très tôt. J'ai demandé une info par mail et on ne m'a pas répondu.

Die Bilder sind falsch - achtung Betrüg
Die Bilder für Junior Studio sind die falsche Bilder. Ein Junior Studio hat gar kein Sofa oder Badewanne und ist auch sehr klein wie ein Hotelzimmer. Die Bilder darauf sind von einem Junior One Bedroom. Nachteile - Nur einmal in der Woche putzen, Boden hat überall flecke, kein Reception, Teppich im Flur ist alt und dreckig. Ohne Kunst oder sonst was speziell wie auf den Bildern Vorteile - In der Nähe von allem. Wenn man ein Junior oder Senior One Bedroom bekommt man mehr als in einem Hotelzimmer. Küche und Toilette

Great apartment, excellent value!
This was the perfect apartment for a short trip to Zurich! The location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to almost everything (Uetliberg and the Lindt shop were the only places we neeeded to catch public transport to), and the apartment was clean and stocked with all of the necessary amenities (including an espresso machine!). The only slight sticking point for us was the bathroom and sleeping area arrangement as you have a clear view of the bathroom facilities from the bed and can’t close this off, but this wasn’t anything unmanageable for my friend and I and didn’t detract significantly from the overall quality of the accommodations. All in all this was an excellent apartment at a great price!

Kundenservice ist etwas anderes. Schlechte Zahlmöglichkeiten und vor Ort wird man stehen gelassen, wenn man nicht vor 16 Uhr gezahlt hat... Sehr sehr ungewöhnlicher Service, kenne ich so leider nicht und hoffe, dass es eine einmalige Situation in meinem Leben bleibt!

Convenient and inexpensive
All in all, you get what you pay for. It is a convenient and inexpensive place. The location is great, you can walk everywhere. However, it comes at a price. The room seemed as it was never cleaned well. There were stains everywhere, some permanent, but lots of them there simply because no one tried to scrub them. Once per week housekeeping is limited to replacing towels and removing trash. No cleaning whatsoever, which would not have been a problem had the room been cleaned before we checked in. Also, the sofa bed is a joke, it is, at best, a toddler bed. My 7 year old could not quite fit on it.
