Sunny and Beautiful Apartment at the Very City Center

The apartment is situated at the very heart of the city center, two minute walk from the Republic square which is actually the heart of the Capital Yerevan. It is fully renovated and provided with all the necessary furniture and amenities. Meanwhile it is a very sunny and bright apartment. Number of supermarkets, Metro station, restaurants, boutiques, banks, bars and different places of leisure are around the apartment. Notable to mention that it has a view to the popular Mount Ararat.

The space
You better come and see how cozy, beautiful and comfortable it is especially for the tourists who want to be at the city center near all the beautiful spots in Yerevan. The most popular Republic square and the most modern avenue of the city, Northern Avenue, are just 2 min walk from the apartment. Meanwhile, it is a very safe neighborhood with all the necessary spots nearby. In addition to that, me and my mom are always available to assist you with all the recommendations and support to make your stay a great experience in our beautiful city.
