快適でした。

トランジットでの滞在でした。空港からも近く、ホテルフロントの対応も感じよかったです。部屋も快適でした。十分に休んで次の日のフライトに備えられました。

快適でした

リゾート目的で滞在しました。ホテルはフロントも部屋も清潔でした。毎日の掃除もきれいに行ってくれ、お水のボトルを毎日2本追加してくれたのが嬉しかったです。ヤス島のフリーシャトルの停留所も目の前です。快適に滞在できました。

深夜便で到着したにも関わらず、すごく丁寧な対応でチェックアウト時間や朝食の件など気をつかっていただきました。朝食も終わるギリギリでの入店でしたがとても感じ良く対応していただきました。

何をするにも便利

フェラーリワールドとヤスウォーターワールドに無料で行けるバスがこのホテルの前から出ています。何をするにも便利だし、従業員の方々もとても親切で優しかったです。また次行くときも絶対ここに泊まります！最高でした！

残念

チェックイン時に待たされた挙句、ホテル側の問題により部屋が確保できなくなったため、姉妹ホテルへ移動することになった。移動のタクシー代はホテル側がもってくれたが、空港から離れた場所に宿泊されることになった。ホテル側からの謝罪は簡素で、移動先のホテルでのアップグレード等もなく、残念だった。

空港に近く便利

空港やヤスモールへのアクセスがとても良く、便利。小旅行へ行っている間の数日間も快く荷物を預かってくれて大変助かった。

手軽にアブダビを満喫できるホテル

手ごろな価格で一定以上のクオリティーを保てる宿泊を希望する方にお勧め。ホテル内に小さなショップがありサンドウィッチやコーヒー、スナックを購入可能。ホテルの朝食もレストランでのビュッフェ以外にこの店でテイクアウトするとよりリーズナブルに朝食を済ますことができる。スパ、ジム、プール、カフェ、レストラン、バー全てを備えている。宿泊客にはヤスビーチと言うプライベートビーチへの入場券を希望者に無料で発行してくれる。ビーチへは徒歩圏内だが、ヤス島巡回バスの停留所前でもあり気軽にビーチ、ウォーターパーク、フェラーリワールドなどのレジャー施設へのアクセスも良く、また2階建てバスでアブダビの観光地を巡るビッグバスの停留所もあるので観光の拠点にも良い。

アブダビ滞在にはリーズナブルなホテル、もう少しの努力で完璧ですね。

スタッフの対応が良く、部屋も清潔でした。朝食は素晴らしく、気持ちの良い滞在ができました。残念なのは、部屋にスリッパがなく、バスタブもなかったこと、空港との間にシャトルバスがなかったことです。これらの問題点がクリアされればまた戻ってきたいと思います。

ロケーションもホテルも最高だった

ロンタナホテルのカジュアルバージョンな感じで一人やビジネスだったら十分。でも、水周りの故障を結局直してもらえなかった。ので少しそこだけマイナスサービスもとてもフレンドリーで名前も皆様すぐ覚えてくれてとっても過ごしやすかった。また利用してみたいと思います。

とても快適に過ごせるホテルでした。市内からは遠いですが、無料のシャトルバスサービスもあります（1日1往復のみ）。近くにはヤスモールがあり、買い物も楽しめます。

綺麗な客室、フレンドリーなスタッフ、空港も近い

綺麗な客室でした。スタッフは皆親切でフレンドリーでした。部屋にヘアドライヤーがなかったのが残念です。無料wifiもあり助かりました。フェラーリワールドまで10AED(5分)、空港まで20AED(15分)程でした。とても便利だと思います。

アブダビ市街のビジネスに使うには最高です

空港に近い立地ですので、夜遅く着いても１０分少々で到着します。アブダビの市内には４０分ほどかかるのですが、仕事でアブダビの市街に訪問する予定だっため、値段を考えると非常に満足度の高い滞在になりました。部屋は新しく、インターネットの接続も快適でした。フェラーリワールドや新しくできたWater Park等をメインに考えるのであれば、レジャーでも十分以上に満足度が高いと思います。

アブダビでの待ち合わせに利用しましたが、部屋が適度の広さで必要なものが揃っており、日本人の感性にぴったりです。只、スリッパが置いてなかったのが残念。

アクセス

空港からホテル、もしくはホテルから空港に行くには大変便利なホテルです。今回はホテルに荷物を預かって頂いたお陰で、必要な物だけを取り出して快適な旅が出来ました。早朝にアブダビ空港に到着して、その日の午前11時から14時迄,フェラーリーワールド観光をする人には最高の立地条件かと思います。また、日本に帰国する当日の便が午後21時以降で有れば・・・この宿で、ゆっくりと過ごして空港に向かうのも快適かと思います。ホテル前にはTAXが24時間常駐しています。空港迄の片道運賃も AED 20.25 / 9.1Km～AED 25.75 / 12.9Kmと言ったところです。（日本円で500円～600円）時間の有る方は、ホテル前付近から出る、屋根の無い二階建て観光バスで市内を散策（観光）する事も可能です。またTAX以外にもバス亭も有ります。そこから、行きたい方面にも行く事が可能です。近くにはゴルフ場も有ります。時間を上手に有効に使うには便利な拠点として使えるホテルです。

Booked a twin room for 2 adults and 1 child. There was no extra bed on arrival. This was requested and provided at no extra cost. Original booking said corner room with pool view. There was no pool view. Staff informed pool side rooms are smaller so the room given was better for 3. Enjoyed the pool, was quiet and warm. You can get discount in some other restaurants on yas if you let them know room number where you are staying. Would stay there again.

I arrived during the largest floods in decades in Abu Dhabi, and the hotel was overbooked. However, the manager sorted out a stay next door at Staybridge Suites for me very quickly and helped me move my luggage and move in there. The area is convenient for the airport and trips within Abu Dhabi and to Dubai, but since I didn't end up staying at Centro, I cannot comment on the facilities. The staff were very helpful in a difficult situation that arose due to a weather emergency.

Great location for Yas attractions

Comfortable hotel located minutes drive form Yas Mall and the theme parks on Yas Island. Modern, clean and affordable. Only gripe was the AC struggled to go below 20c.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel est bien situé proche de l'aèroport et des activités ludiques. De nombreuses options de restauration.

Beautiful property. I was only there one night but the staff were wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities ie iron, ironing board, comfy bedding, kettle station etc. There was nothing I had to call the front desk for.

Quarto inadequado às minhas necessidades

Infelizmente, não tive uma boa experiência no hotel. Devido à lotação, fui colocado em um quarto no andar para fumantes e o cheiro de cigarro era bem forte.
