「The front desk staff in the fancy hotel across the street was very friendly and kind. Mainly, the hotel room itself was pretty terrible. The beds were something smaller than a queen, so my partner and I had to sleep in separate beds. The room was in desperate need of general maintenance- marks, dents and paint-chipped walls, stained carpet. When I lifted the bath towel off the hanging rod, the entire fixture fell off onto the floor (thankfully, it didn't land on my toes). There were dead bugs on...
