全部良かったけど、特に朝食が素晴らしい
【全般】 旧市街にも近く、予想した通りどこへ出るにも便利な場所でした。 眺めのよくない部屋に当たってしまったのはちょっと残念でしたが、設備やサービスは申し分なく、快適に過ごせました。 (トイレがウォッシュレット付きでないのは仕方ないようで、他の高級ホテルでも高級レストランでも同様でした。ただし、ポーランドのトイレはどこも清潔感があります) フロントや他のスタッフも皆、とても親切でした。 【アメニティ・消耗品など】 洗面所にLANVINのボディソープ・シャンプー・コンディショナーとシャワーキャップ・爪やすり・コットンあり。 歯磨きセットはないです。 ふかふかの室内用スリッパ、バスローブもついています。アイロンとアイロン台もありましたが使いませんでした。 湯沸かしポットでコーヒーや緑茶が飲めるようになっていました。 【食事】 このホテルで一番良かったことを一つだけあげるとすれば朝食です。 料理も飲み物も種類が豊富で美味しく、ヨーグルトやチーズだけでも何種類もあり6泊しても全部は試しきれず、毎朝1時間以上かけてゆっくり楽しみました。(写真3枚UPしましたがこれでも一部です) 料理カウンターの反対側の目立たないところにコーヒーを作るマシンがあったのに気付いたのは最終日。 ホイップたっぷりのカフェラテがあっという間にできるので、2杯も飲んでしまいました。 朝食のレストランやバーに続く化粧室にはキャンドルでアロマオイルが炊いてあり、入る度に良い気分になりました。 夜のバー、ルームサービスも良かったです。特にバーのつまみのコロッケが気に入りました。 【お金関係】 現地支払いという形で予約して行ったところ、フロントでチェックイン時にデポジットを多めに請求され、チェックアウトの時に差額を精算という形でした。 なお、フロントで両替はできません。裏にあるホテル直結のカジノを紹介されましたが、怪しいところを入っていかなければならないので街中の両替所を利用したほうが良いです。 【その他】 部屋のカードキーを入れないとエレベーターが動きません。 磁石つきのスマホケースにカードキーを入れていたら磁気がやられてしまいましたが、フロントですぐ交換してくれました。 空港までのタクシーはフロントではなく、ドアマンに頼んだほうが安いです。

追加料金を払って部屋を Piłsudski Squareが見える位置に変更してもらいました。 見晴らしも良く素敵な部屋だったのですが、 横断歩道のビープ音が気になってしまい 結局部屋をスクエアから離れた場所に移動しました。 電話で頼んだ際、迅速に対応して頂いたのでよかったです。 ベッドが羽毛ベッドでフカフカしすぎで 逆に寝つけず、、外して寝ました。 チェックイン時に選べてもいいのかなと思いました。 ロケーションが素晴らしく また利用したいです。

好立地と素敵なコンシェルジュのいるホテル
【立地】観光スポットの点在するクラクフ公園通りに近く便利。大統領府に近く治安面問題なし。夜も静か。【眺望】部屋のカテゴリーにより眺望が全く異なるのでご注意のこと。元帥公園に面した部屋は解放感が合ってバリューがある。【部屋】眺望は良かったが、バスタブが無い部屋に宿泊。トイレの水量は問題無し。コンセントの数は確保されているが、いずれもユニバーサルコンセントでは無い。ベットマットレスは、好みだが加重による沈み込みのバランスが不芳。【WiFi】問題なくサクサクと使用可能【コンシェルジュ】男性のコンシェルジュにお世話になった。元帥公園での式典について質問すると歴史的な非常にナーバスなことに関連していたが、非常に言葉を選ばれ、様々なことを考慮した説明を頂いたことには感謝している。また、その他の事も的確な対応を頂いた。【その他】現地日本人、日本人ツアー客の利用が多いように見受けられるが、いずれも集団で大きな声でしゃべっているのは残念。また、ホテル内レストランでの夕食時、酒によった日本人の団体が大声で騒いでいたのには辟易。

Superb location for tourism - near-opposite a pretty park and the Tomb of the Unknown Warrior; a very picturesque 15 minute walk to the Royal Palace/old town; or a more mundane 15 minute walk to the Palace of People & Culture. Nice staff couldn't help enough with my baggage lost by airline. Typical business-class hotel - comfortable & clean, nothing unusual. No express checkout arrangement.

Almost perfect. Huge room and bed, lovely pool and spa, friendly and helpful staff but for some reason were unable to change the bed pillows for firmer ones than the feather ones.

The king bed has 2 mattresses on top which got separated each night and the bed was squeaky unfortunately. The beds need upgrades. The furniture should be upgraded for 5 star hotel. Otherwise perfect stay. Great location. Free parking on the street on weekends.

Everything was perfect - i had superior room though and my friend had regular - which the bathroom was biggest difference , and mine was modern where his was dated . My only negative was carpets - which i feel aways shouldnt be case in 5 star hotels

Väldigt trevligt bemötande både i receptionen, concierge och vid frukosten. Trevlig frukost med mycket att välja på. Fantastiskt god mat på Brasseriet. Sängarna och kuddarna på rummet var underbara. Det enda negativa var att det luktade illa på rummet. Möjligen har det varit tillåtet att röka på rummet tidigare. Det kändes inte så fräscht. Det är det enda negativa. I övrigt är vi supernöjda.

What I found weird,,,,was 15 zł charge for ice bucket…. No ice machines for guests…. In the hotel… Staff friendly , nice breakfast. Nice locations , comfortably beds Nice and clean room , coffee, tea in the room Room service breakfast we didn’t get what we ordered exactly… but it was good …. Stayed twice with the family, Between Sofitel Victoria, Bristol and Europejski. Good locations… I asked at the front desk for parking , so I did not have to pay every time I came in and out … So you pay 150 zł a day not more and I got a parking ticket to come and leave… Hope it’s helpful.

In general very good hotel . Only thing I disappointed that body lotion jar was empty . And I have a dry skin. It should be checked and refilled before guest arriving.

My trip was cancelled due to a death in the family of my traveling companion. I tried to cancel my reservation two days before my expected arrival but the hotel refused to refund my money. Later, they said they would consider a refund but required a verification from Expedia that the reservation was canceled. Expedia refused to provide verification. Also, I purchased hotel cancellation insurance which proved to be worthless.

Very clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. Quiet area and close to old town. Walkable distance to everything. The only bad experience was the heating. It was way too hot due to the hotel temperature setting overriding the room temperature setting. Opening the window helps try not ideal in the snowy winter.

Don’t hesitate to book this hotel!
My family was very happy with the hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel noted that we had a child staying in one of the rooms and had a rollaway bed made up for her without us even requesting it, which was greatly appreciated. We arrived early and both of our rooms were ready for us to check in. The location was walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. My family especially enjoyed the pool and sauna.
