-1 beautiful terrace with its garden furniture and with direct view on the ocean.

Apartment well furnished and pleasant for holidays.

END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €90 / Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
A participation in charges of €25/week or short stay will be required between mid-October and mid-June included.
A cleaning deposit of €90 will be requested on arrival by bank imprint or check.
