Tolle Wohnung mit Super-Ausblick

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung auf zwei Etagen verbracht. Der Ausblick auf den Comer See vom oberen Balkon war ein Traum. Dieser wird allerdings damit erkauft, dass man sehr hoch und steil am Berg wohnt und einige Spitzkehren zu fahren hat. Die Wohnung ist relativ neu renoviert und vorbildlich sauber. Die Küche mit Gasherd, großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank und Spülmaschine ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch genügend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser sind vorhanden. Zwei Klimaanlagen.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft gelegen. Also mehr authentisch Wohnen in Italien geht nicht. Man lebt inmitten eines italienischen Dorfes. Die Anwohner sind alle freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Einzige, was ich mir gewünscht hätte, wäre Toilettenpapier bei der Ankunft. Ansonsten war alles super sauber und gepflegt.

Urlaub am Comer See

Die Aussicht der Wohnung überhalb des Comer Sees war wunderschön. Die 2 Balkone konnten gut genutzt werden. Das Dorf ist sehr schön ruhig und Autofrei (die Autos parken vor dem Dorf auf einem Parkplatz). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war die Couch im Wohnbereich defekt.

Appartement atypique situé dans un hameau avec vue exeptionnelle sur le lac de come. Habitants très sympa . Propriétaire accueillant. Pizzaria avec rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Idéal pour ceux et celles qui aiment le calme, sans être trop loin du lac de Côme. Caino est aussi le départ de belles randonnées.
