Une étape sympathique à Alençon

Petit hotel sympathique, accueil chaleureux, prestation de niveau correct, chambres un peu petites mais pour une nuitée isolée, c'est parfait. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Bref, une étape que nous recommandons.

deux nuits passées dans cet hôtel ou nous avons eu la surprise de voir sur le site hôtel.com que les draps ne sont pas fournis, bien entendu que c'est une erreur et que tout était au top dans la chambre, une bouilloire avec thé et café. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel, un super bon repas avec une bonne quantité. J'y retournerai sans hésitation

zéro compassion pour annuler résa non annulable

Je suis cliente d'Hotels.com depuis plusieurs années et j'ai souhaité pour des raisons professionnelles inhérentes à mes propres engagements, annuler ma réservation même si j'avais fait une réservation non annulable. Je pensais que le caractère "client fidèle" cumulé au fait que c'était ma première demande de désistement et pour des raisons qui ne sont pas de mon fait pouvaient me permettre d'avoir une faveur soit de la part du site soit de la part de l'hotel mais j'ai eu une fin de non recevoir... je suis très déçue. J'ai donc payé sans m'y rendre...

Estuvimos 2 noches pero lo que no me gustó es la falta de aires acondicionados. Hacía un calor terrible y si estás en la planta baja no puedes dejar la ventana abierta pues puede entrar un individuo por ese espacio.en cuanto al desayuno no lo hicimos ahí.

Good for a stop over

Worked well for a stop over, nothing special but good value for what it is. Family rooms are two adjoining rooms which work well. Baby cot provided which was handy. Communication up until day of arrival ignored but on day of arrival very quick and helpful.

Problème de bruit extérieur

Hôtel correct avec un immense parking. Le point noir est le bruit extérieur. Il est situé sur un rond-point carrefour de 3 routes extrêmement fréquentées tard le soir et tôt le matin.

Désagréable…. Chambre très très petite… pas d’air climatisé…. Douche pas faite pour les grande personnes…. En plus il charge le séjour 2 fois et ne veule pas rembourser le client avec preuve à l’appui… endroit à ne pas recommandé… plus jamais je vais y retourner
