Inepensive minimalist business hotel
Very cheap for the location, Don't expect any luxuries, but I definitely enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and always available.

Very good location
Close proximity to Otsuka Train Station of the Yamanote Line. Also close to convenient stores, restaurants, bake shop and other small establishments. The hotel itself is just ok for its price. I liked that staff changed bedsheets, towels and yucata everyday. Thumbs up 👍

Good location very near otsuka station
The hotel has a very good location near otsuka station. Its is already old hotel but well maintain just right for his price. It is ok if you only want to have a place to sleep . The staff were also helpful.

ゆったりした部屋で気分の休まる〈常宿〉
この宿の最大の魅力は、部屋が広くゆったりしていることです。やや古い建物のせいか、昨今の窮屈なビジネスホテルと違って、ひと部屋ひと部屋の空間が広いのです。ゆったりした空間は気持ちをゆるめてくれます。 設備類はとりたてて新しいとか上等だとかいうわけではないかもしれませんが、私などにはこれで十分ですし、洗浄機つきトイレ、良好なwifi設備、フロントでの飲みものサービスをありがたく思っています。 東京での常宿としてひきつづき利用したいと思っています。

Direkt an Yamanote Line Station
Direkt (ca 3 Gehminuten) an der JR Station Otsuka (Yamanote Line/ Railpass nutzbar). Das Zimmer wirkt "altbacken", aber war uns vorher bewusst. Wlan funtionierte, es gibt sogar einen Kühlschrank in der Lobby, aus welchem Mann sich täglich mit einem Getränk bedienen kann. Bei Regen wurde uns ein kostenloser Regenschirm gereicht. Der Service an sich war top. Zwar konnten wir nicht vorzeitig einchecken, da wir früher als erwartet angekommen sind (ist scheinbar in Japan nicht gerne gesehen/ gemacht), aber das Gepäck konnte abgegeben werden und befand sich später auf unserem Zimmer. Auch wurden u.a. neue Handtücher auf Grund des Do not disturb Schildes VOR dem Zimmer abgelegt. So konnte man entscheiden, ob man diese benötigt oder nicht. Die Lage zur Station und der Preis sind für Tokio top, da nimmt man auch das oldschool feeling in Kauf. Negativ ist lediglich das es kein internationales/ englischsprachiges TV Programm gibt, was jedoch in diversen Hotels ein Problem darstellte. Hinzu kommt das man zur Rezeption im ersten Stock keinen Fahrstuhl nutzen kann und dies nur zu Fuss über eine Treppe bewältigen kann. Gibt sicherlich den Leute die über diese Einschränkung Bescheid wissen sollten.

フロントは２階で昔のホテルという感じでしたが、部屋はきれいでした。 駅からも近く、コンビニもすぐ近くなので便利です。 また利用したいと思います。

好近大塚地鐵站，南口出2 -3 分鐘就到。員工服務非常好， 被鋪床單清潔，房間面積算大。唯一就是酒店內部 裝修已舊，以價錢及交通為首的話，值得一住。

バスタブの排水が悪くシャワーの後の水たまりが不快でした。古いので、配管の不具合はやむなしかなと思いました。清掃は行き届いており、静かな環境で休めました。

방과 욕실이 편안했다.
매우 친절한 직원들의 서비스가 편안하게 해 주었다. 다소 작고 편의시설이 별로 없었으나 방이 충분한 공간을 가지고 있었다. 욕조의 뜨거운 물이 깨끗하게 빨리 받아져서 목욕하기 좋았다

또 가고 싶은 오츠카 시티 호텔!!
친구랑 위치가 좋은 숙소를 찾다가 발견한 곳인데 너무 좋았습니다!! 직원 분들 너무 친절하시고 숙소도 깨끗하고, 서비스도 너무 좋아서 숙소 사용하면서 불편한 점을 느끼질 못 했어요. 게다가 위치가 너무 좋아요!! 오츠카선이 야마노테선인데, 야마노테선만 타면 도쿄역, 신주쿠역, 시부야역, 아키하바라역, 이케부쿠로역 등 왠만한 곳은 다 갈 수 있어서 친구와 편하게 관광했어요. 게다가 근처에 돈키호테도 있고 역에서 숙소가는 길에 편의점까지...!! 친구랑 나중에 도쿄 여행 또 오게 되면 이 숙소 다시 사용하자고 마음 먹었어요, 감사합니다!!
