The hotel is conveniently located near train station. They have bus taking you to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was reasonable. Being an Asian speaking English don’t expect to get great welcoming attitude, but at least they are polite, or it seems that way, hahahaha.

Great place close to metro from Haneda airport. Excellent customer service and the room was comfortable. Loved the full Japanese breakfast.

Lots in and around Kamata. Both stations very close with lots of food options. Breakfast was good. Walls and doors are very thin unfortunately you can hear everything and outside room when new arrivals come. Got woken up many times including earthquake which is not the hotels fault! Overall was good.

Their free breakfast and free shuttle going to Tokyo International Airport is a big plus to their services. Their staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Terrible experience for myself. I did not want to smoking room, and due to the air, I tried to change out of it. I could not breathe in the room because I am not a smoker. They were offering a non-smoking room for practically the same price I paid to book the room. So essentially just booking another room and giving up my room. Even known a smoking room is more expensive and I would be going into a cheaper room, it did not matter. Then their airport shuttle is only to the airport and does not specify that. I needed a shuttle from the airport to the area that is why I booked this hotel . Breakfast buffet was pretty good though. As for the room, it was all right not very clean, and a stiff bed.

Great little property with spacious rooms compared to most properties! Stayed for 1 night prior to flying back to the states and the free airport shuttle was such a nice added benefit. Great free breakfast! Will definitely book there again when i return to Japan!

Great, inexpensive hotel about 5-10 mins. walk from Kamata station. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, and they had every amenity you need, including free breakfast in the morning. The area nearby has a ton of late night restaurants and bars. 10/10 would stay here again 👍

Polite and efficient staff. Small rooms but they are neat and clean. Breakfast was simple but the dining area is very clean and they still had enough variety to ensure a little something for everyone. Only stayed one night but would have no problems coming back. And for the price it’s money well spent.

I am very, very happy with the staff. They were very friendly and very helpful. We knew very little Japanese but that didn't stop them from helping me get where I needed or wanted to go. They even wrote instructions to give to the train attendant so they could sell me the correct tickets. They definitely went above and beyond to assist us and accommodate us. Very happy with the respect and cleanliness of this hotel. Would most definitely return and stay here. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying near the Kamata train station.

Staff was helpful and friendly enough, but did not use any apps or equivalent to help us communicate across the language barrier. They are good about letting you know to reach out to them before arriving regarding the free airport shuttle service. Note that it runs limited times of day and only to the airport - they do not pick you up at the airport. Low eco-friendly rating reflects few vegetarian options at breakfast. Still, nice that breakfast is included, and very nice traditional Japanese breakfast options for non-vegetarians.

Overall wonderful stay, I was thinking about going back to Japan in a few years and I'd definitely want to stay here again. The only thing would be the key attachment they had. It was so big I found it hard to fit into my bags.

for english speakers.very little english spoken at property.they checked me in early but wouldnt for late checkout.i had to buy an extra night for 5 hours extra stay.i would think the shuttle bus is very limited but appears that way.fair way from airport for taxi.apparently train close by.situated in busy area plenty shops and restaurants.breakfast buffett included.very good and extensive.pleasant stay.

早朝に羽田空港へ行く必要があったので前泊するために利用しました。部屋はきれいだし、シャワーは問題なく使えるし、朝食もメニューが結構あって一泊する分には充分なホテルでした。あえて言うと鏡の周りにコンセントがなかったのでヘアセットする時に少し不便だと感じたくらいです。席に限りはありますが、羽田空港への無料バスも出ていてとても助かりました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

Idéal pour Haneda, ou même séjour pour petit budget ! Idéalement situé entre les 2 gares, à distance raisonnable. Chambre spacieuse, confort tout à fait correct pour un prix très bon marché (moins de 50€ la nuit !) Et en plus, on vous emmène gratuitement à Haneda (à certaines heures prédéfinies)
