Booked Run of House Room. Requested 4 single beds and so happy this was provided. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teens). This hotel is conveniently located across Bayside Station which is next stop DisneySea. Can catch the shuttle to the station or easily walkable. The shuttle bus from all the nearby hotels is the same Mickey theme (so cute!). Check in was not supposed to be till 6pm but when arrived at 5 we were allowed to go in our room. There’s a Lawson at next door hotel Hilton (just catch the shuttle bus to the station to there to save walking). The room was spacious and bathroom was the biggest from all the hotels while in Japan. There’s a bathtub and shower which was great. Paid for our airport limousine bus at reception. Plenty of eateries at Maihama Station - we just purchased a 2 day monorail pass which was worth it and also kept as a souvenir. Perfect hotel for our DisneySea day.
Very easy access to DisneyWorld and DisneySea, otherwise the hotel itself is older, and needs some improvements such as replacing their carpets and shower tiles which was cracked and moldy. I would give most 3 stars. No view from the restaurants. In other words pick a different hotel as this one is not worth the money they charge!
Spacious and comfortable hotel. Walking distance to Bayside Station and plenty of car parking. But let down by Expedia and/or Hotel's booking policies. We clearly included 2 children in the booking and it's printed on the confirmation yet no additional towels/bedding or children's meal were included, which is a bit misleading. Even specifying an unknown additional cost in the small print doesn't help because it appears cheaper than competitor hotels but in the end you pay more at check-in. Really should be upfront and clear about the pricing.
Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay was amazing. Not only great location. The staff was beyond amazing. They were friendly, caring, and above all good people. My son was sick and vomit in the lobby. They clean up and check in to see if he’s ok. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
There’s a convenient store and a Disney gift shop for those last minute gifts or late night snacks.
We will totally stay here again.
The hotel was so close to Disney monorail. 3 minutes walking and they have shuttles that run constantly too. Room was pretty spacious for 3 and the staff was so friendly.
Conveniently located right off the Disney Resort monorail loop. Lovely staff. Large, quiet room, comfortable bed and nice selection of toiletries. The breakfast buffet in the Fontana room had many choices of Japanese and European foods. A little market inside the hotel has snacks, drinks and souvenirs. I would stay there again.
Wasn’t expecting much since I stayed at great American hotel in same vicinity at our prior trip. This place blew me away. The room & bathroom are large for a Japanese hotel. Has separate shower & soaking tub. The staff is unbelievably hospitable. They are so helpful, patient, & kind. Not many hotels have a shuttle & entry greeter! Only drawback is the room is a bit dated. The wallpaper was peeling in some areas. Would definitely stay here again though.
Hotel Okura is a traditional Japanese style hotel. From our 2 days stay, we found the customer service was exceptional. The hotel is well maintained and has a 7.11 style store. Airport bus is at your door step every hour which is extremely convenient. The not so good is the sound proof between rooms and weak aircon cooling. The bedding seems to be on the firm side. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks agian for the great customer service. Well done.
Very convenient to get to the Disney Parks and take a break in the middle of the day but I wish there were options to get more varied food at the hotel proper away from the park crowds.
Highly recommend! The free shuttle to the train station was super convenient, but the location wasn't ideal for frequent venturing out into Tokyo because it was quite far from the city center. However, if you're planning to spend time at either Disney park, this is the perfect hotel: great staff, nice amenities, and pretty good food options.

Great hotel. Complimentary shuttle to Bayside and Maihama Station(transfer to Keio Line). Keio Line takes about 15 min from Tokyo Station to Maihama Station.
Great staffs(helpful and courteous) and breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay here again.
Great location to go to Tokyo Disneyland. There is a free bus that takes you to the Disney locations. The buffet breakfast was delicious.
My only gripe is the beds. They were so stiff and uncomfortable.

We stay here almost every year. Although the facilities are older, we like it better than other hotels nearby because of the courteous staff, amenities, and location!
Excellent location (to Disney parks) and great staff. Enjoyed our stay but the beds were VERY hard and pillows like sandbags. Breakfast buffet has a LOT, but pricey.

It is quiet close to Disneyland, but apart from that, there are no other shopping areas nearby it. The room and furnitures looks old, you can also see dusts around table and light. I don’t think I will stay there again.
We've been using this hotel whenever I go to Tokyo Diseyland/Sea. Very clean and great customer service. Good breakfast buffet. The only downside is that if you go back to the hotel after spending all day at the parks, their drug store on the ground floor is already closed. If you want to get food the only option is the small store inside Restaurant Terrace which only has expensive bento boxes (2-3 choices) fancy pastries, and bottled/canned drinks. They used to have draft beer and rice balls in the lobby. We miss them. We ended up going to a convenience store at JR Maihama Station to pick up some rice balls and cup noodles before going back to the hotel. Next time we'll take some cup noodles with us.
