house. We would rate it all 5 stars but there are a couple little things that might be an issue for some people and we made the best of. Little things are in need of upkeep. Sheets could be replaced. Paint is peeling in several places. Patio chairs were rusty. The house next door does have barking dogs. Mainly barking late at night or 4am.
